1998 Pontiac Sunfire 2 Dr SE CoupeReview

Yay — The car has a sleek design and I just love the interior....shes my baby. The headliner could be a better colour, but is tolerable when not mixed with the tan interior. I have the 5 speed version and for a four-banging-fury, shes not bad... ive driven much worse. Theres a lot of space in the engine bay so lots of mods can be done on her and if done right, sunfires can be beautiful cars. Pros: cheap and good gas mileage Cons: hard to find one that hasnt been abused |

Car Is A Good Car — ITs a good car just wish i had a manual transmission i like those better. My car has very good sound. with two 12 inche subs in the back with a 500 watt amp. All sony Xplode. Cars really clean and i enjoy it very much. hey it just gets me from point a to point a to point be. Also its a tan car with carpet interior so its allright. Pros: Sound stearing AC all that Cons: low in power |

An Awesome Car, That Has Held Up Well For Ten Years — All top of the line accessories included when I bought it, most of which I use all the time. The fact that it is a convertible is awesome, I get to brag about it to my friends. The body of the car is great, looks like a minor sports car. The circuitry is tarting to get old though and some things have needed replacing. the headlights are a little weak in the dark without the high beams. The original upholstry is still in the car and doesn't look bad at all for its age. The gas mileage is ok; in the city it gets around 17 miles per gallon, maybe more, and I haven't measured the mpg on the highways. Pros: convertible, quality equalizer for radio and CD player, good feel to the handling, cool-looking car Cons: damage to weather strip along driver side window causes water leakage in the rain, ride can feel a bit bumpy at times, not so bright head lights when not using high beams |

1998 Pontiac Sunfire 2 Dr GT CoupeReview

Good Car To Get From Point A To B With A Little Performance — Decent car for having a 4 cyl engine. The GT has the bigger 2.4L 4 cyl... right around 160hp factory... easy/cheap to upgrade. Pros: Great gas mileage, good acceleration in the GT model (especially with the 5-speed manual trans), good breaking and handling Cons: Small car, not so good for big guys like me... i'd say comfortable max height would be around 5' 11" and that might be pushing it |

Not Too Shabby — Owned this one for a couple months back in high school.... before wrecking the hell out of it. It was a decent car- only thing about it was that if you accellerated too hard, the car would make an aweful stench Pros: Best car I've ever had Cons: Didn't have it for long |
