A Sporty Economy Car With Luxury. Still Good Cars For The Money At A Couple Years Old. — Other than slightly higher than normal maintenance costs, we love this car. Sporty, comfortable on long trips, and it gets 35 mpg on the highway, 24 around town. (C230). Its an economy car with classic looks. Even though this is the entry model, it has all the options you'd want ,standard. Pros: Fuel economy in a luxury car, sporty handling. Cons: Higher than normal maintenance. ( 6.5 qts of sythetic motor oil) |

Good Car Overall. — A typical Mercedes Benz. Very reliable, very efficient and has a good, low fuel consumption, engine. Very good gear changer. A little hard steering wheal. And sitting in it is a little bit uncomfortable, and tight. A good car overall. Pros: Efficient, Reliable, Low Fuel Consumption, Good Look. Cons: Uncomfortable and a little bit hard to drive. |

Nice Car — very nice car, not my favorite body style but it works, has alot of power, will go 130 and handles great, not to bad of gas mileage for as much power as it has, all the power options you could want, the car gets alot of looks which is why i got it, i love luxury cars. Pros: mercedes benz! very quick, handles great, luxurious Cons: not as good of gas mileage as my old car |

Durable Mercedes — Acceleration is good after 40MPH car has better top speed than acceleration. Brakes are one of the best i have ever used. Build Quality is probably better than the new ones Appearance is a little out dated but not bad. Cost of Ownership is pretty cheap when you consider this car has never left me stranded or required major repair Fun Factor - Handling is off the chain 80,000 miles and still can hit 130MPH would go faster but its Limited at that speed did i mention its an Inline-4 Pros: Great Brakes, Great Handling, Strong Acceleration after 100 MPH good fuel economy Cons: Take off could be faster, Imitation leather |

Great Car — For sure one of the best handling cars I've driven. As a friend put it: "Its like riding in a train, it's that smooth... but you control where the rails go!" Decent power, great handling, interior was comforatble and had the options I look for. The newer versions obviously are more updated, but for the starting tier of MB these are great cars. Pros: Solid feel when driving Cons: Old trim line, not as stylish. |

Dream Car To Drive, Comfortable For Long Travelling. — We bought this Car for travelling accross the United States (We are from Australia)Started in Los Angeles, a hop up to Las Vegas, back down and followed I40, sort of, with many side trips off the Highway and some way on 70 ending up in Richmond VA. The Car never missed a beat, good milage. I wish we could take it with us to Down Under. Ten out of Ten. Owner for 0 years, 3 months Pros: Seriously Comfortable for long travel. Relaxing to drive on Cruise control. Cons: No lumberback adjustment |

Always A Thrill — 1998 MB C280, ~80 450 km (~50 000 miles). Always a pleasure to drive, engine sounds wonderful, acceleration is more than enough to fuel your need for speed. Its not the fastest, but its fast enough (0-60 mph in 7.5-8 seconds). Repairs to date have not exceeded 3000 USD. Owner for 9 years, 8 months Miles Driven per Year:5,500 |
