Makes A Change From Normal Jap Cars — love it, very understated, more people should try one of these I just wish that I had the bigger engine as I only have the 1.5 but then that gives a good all round mpg and power great car, I have the estoril version and if you go 1.5 it is worth getting that as it has a few more features like the lovely blue paint

Pros: my black alloys and my cal crutchlow sticker on the back window

Cons: revs up and down at traffic lights

Colour — performance: brilliant, torque is good pulls strong great everyday car dont have to thrash to get up to speed. build Quality: brilliant, ive crashed mine and the damage was, bent towing eye, bent headlight fixing points, bonnet and bumper frames not even a scratch on it chassis strong. appearance: looks good outside great shape, inside comfy easy to live with. cost is ok but i do many miles, £60 odd to fill it from empty and £30 ish from half way so cant really complain, easy to repair fairly cheap parts for it some are expensive but like most cars fun to drive best to stick with 15" wheels and lower it as its abit tail happy with stock springs.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the styling and how fun it is to drive it

Cons: nothing really only that the boot gas rams to hold it open are expensive!

Good For A Run Around Or First Timer. — Performance- Acceleration not great but cruises well. Breaks ok but no ABS. Handles ok but rolls on corners. Build Quality- Ok for age only had to change break pads and discs so far. Cost- MPG 37. Maintenance is not bad, cheap tax. Overall- Not a bad car for practicality but not for the serious motor head.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Cheap to run

Cons: No ABS, poor acceleration.

Prudence Astina — At the moment stock but she is getting a mazdaspeed 2.3 turbo conversion soon enough so that should boost performance just enough to keep me going. She still has more power than you would actually think she does. Fun times

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: I made it what it is

Cons: The wheels

Bloody Good Car, Almost Perfect — 330,000km and never had a problem, never been taken care of, always run perfectly. Goes quickly but sounds a bit strangled over 4000rpm. Brakes perfectly, even without ABS I cant lock the brakes. Looks horrible, but the facelift addressed that. Its cheap on gas, never been fixed or serviced, so its super cheap there. It holds the road beautifully and is fun to drive, though, its not very nice to rev...

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Perfect transport if your not an absolute racer

Cons: If you like to race everywhere in style, I guess you shouldn't

Mazda Dazzler — Fast and nice looking car, good on acceleration, braking and handling, has needed a couple of minor repairs, faulty air conditioning, radio aerial needs looking at and the window can only wind half way down but good for its age, nothing major, economic on petrol and insurance and runs well otherwise.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: The sporty lood of the car

Cons: the colour and age

Best Make Of The Last Century! — Comes with powerful twin-cam engine, sexy curve outline with detailed interior, superb handling that attack the track like a lotus.. there is nothing coming close to Mazda Astina in the recent years. Low maintenance, good fuel consumption, fun to drive!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Most beautiful car..

Cons: No reason to avoid this car!

It Is A Lovely Car — It is a small but lovely car. Compare to the competitors, the mazda provides a better performance and quality. The appearance was much better than the toyota and the honda. THe fuel economy is low and it is a nice car to drive.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Cheap with good quality

Cons: probably nothing

Pretty Neat! — Handles perfectly.. Fitted with a split muzzler and skirts, this car can look like a mean machine... I miss the car, I'll probably get one just like it one day... Maybe sooner than later.. The interior is sufficient.. Cupholder etc.. Everything inside the car is fitted to meet every need.

Pros: looks and handling

Cons: rust

98' Mazda 323 — Bought the car with about 30 000km on the clock. Was a very reliable, economical, cheap to maintain...all in all a very charismatic car. Although not having much power this car did have a nice exhaust tone and I was able to spin it in both 1st & 2nd by the reef. Would recommend it to anyone for his\her first car or for someone who just needs a get-around vehcile.

Pros: Very Reliable, Inexpensive ownership costs, Economical on petrol

Cons: Not a fast car, Easy to steal
