F150 Flareside. — Great handling and visual appeal. Plenty of power, but the mileage is subpar and the seating is very limited. Overall, it is an excellent vehicle for a single person or a couple, but with children, it would be mostly a secondary vehicle.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great power and aesthetics.

Cons: Poor mileage and limited seating.

Nice Truck — Way Too much power for a 4.6. It would probably eat anything you have and if it didnt then my truck nuts would slap you in the face. got some character dents and dings but its just a old work truck. Gets 14mpg no matter how you drive it

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Its Powerful

Cons: I'm driving

98 F 150 — I have 318,000 miles what else can be said ? I just now need to put a transmission in it. Paint is still very good I think this is the only year that they put 3 doors in them I wish it had 4

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: nice ride

Cons: breaks are spongy

Great. Lot's Of Room. And Good Preformance. But, I Always Can Depend On That From A Ford — I miss this truck. 200k, without a problem. Great on fuel, but a little under powered. The old girl fit my ass. I'd love to have her back. I sold it to my stepson, who promptly smashed it up. He ran into an Olds and screwed the frontend. Whata waiste.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: It fit my needs

Cons: Under powered

Best Truck On The Road Today — I have had my 98 ford F150 for about 6 months and love it. Ford makes one of the toughest trucks on the road today. i hate fueling it up $75 to $80 to fill it up but its fairly easy on gas. my truck has 300,000 miles on it and still running like a new truck.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: awesome proformance

Cons: filling the gas tank 30 gallons

Its A Ford Thats All To Be Said — great truck overall it only has the 4.2L V6 with the manual transmission it was my brothers frist truck and had a 7 inch lift sitting on 35 i think and has a 40 series flowmaster muffler with a power aid trottlebody spacer and a airaid intake system the rear axle is regeared to a 3.73.8 ratio give me a little accel.(its a 2wd) to me this is blast to drive im a ford tech so cost to maintain is cheap

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: need a truck to do a job  this will do most things that can throw at it

Cons: cant find one yet

Great Truck — Even though it's a V6 it gets the job done. Build solid just like every other Ford ive ever owned. I like the black, I kinda wish it was a stepside though. 18mpg city. No work needed so far. The 5-speed is great. I love manuals.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Does everything you ask

A Decent Truck — this is a decent truck and it gets good gas mileage. The truck has good power for only being a v6. I can't wait to see what the next vehicle is that I get to drive. I am happy with my truck though.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: 4wheel drive

Cons: ford
