Stock It's Fun, Modded It's A Blast! — Definitely the best N/A six you can buy... stock it got upwards of 32 MPG on the highway, modded still up to 30 MPG. With a little help from removing 150 lbs and a cam/headers/exhaust it's good for a 0-60 of 5.8 seconds (computer verified) and 1/4 mile in the mid 14's... It's pushing about 215Hp at the wheels. The car is well balanced and the chassis/body accomodates some seriously wide tires (up to 315mm) that can give it heart stopping grip in the corners. Overall, the car is just a blast to drive at a bargain price... easily had for $3k these days in decent shape. All the performance and fun aside, the engine/transmission are still going strong at 177k miles without a rebuild. The 3800 Series II is bullet proof. My only complaints would be that the interior has some cheap plastic that is easily damaged/rattles a little and that the rear end can't take more than occasional abuse at stock power levels... this car is on it's third rear end and it doesn't even have a V8.

Pros: Good mileage to power ratio, sold engine, very reliable.

Cons: Interior quality is average, you get what you pay for in comfort.

Z28 Review — The performance is very, very good. The amount of torque the engine produces is great and there is plenty power on the high end as well. Build quality is good, some squeaking, but not bad for a 12 year old car. I like the exterior styling alot but I can't say its more attractive than the...new Camaro. The gas mileage...sucks. I am averaging less than 15 mpg which is a combination of a driving with a heavy foot and having a V8. The car is a blast to drive, and worth the pitiful gas mileage, wouldn't give it up for a four-banger anyday.

Pros: POWER!! Handling, Interior, Exterior, Sound

Cons: gas mileage, ride

. — The Chev Camaro 30th anniv is a solid car with great performance. It is white with orange stipes 350 v8 and has plenty of power to do most anything you would need it to do and gets 25+ mpg on the hwy

My 97 Camaro Review — My 97 Camaro has great acceleration, but it does need new tires, which im going to get soon. the steering is a bit wide on turns, and the breaking is weak, although it sounds bad the car is absolutely fun to drive. it has the 30th anniversary edition logo on the two front seats and the seats a leather including the rest of the interior. the exterior of the car cant be more eye catching, the body may be stock but the suspension has been dropped to increase performance and to give more of a sporty look. the color of the car is a custom color too. gets about 18MPG, 0-60 in 8.5sec.

Pros: style and power, expecially for a V6

Cons: needs repairs.

1997 Z28: Wonderful Toy — This car runs and has always ran excellent. I have put on about 7 or 8 thousand miles and its never quit or anything. The performance is relatively strong, but not incredible. Its good for about a 14.1 second quarter mile time. Its definitely fun to drive.

Pros: Good quality, love the way it sits low.

Cons: Wish it had more power..

Silver Bullet — I have had the car for about 5 years, and since then it has ran like a champ. It had 40,000 miles on it and now has almost 100,000 on it! It has never broke down once, and the stuff that has broken was not that expensive to fix. It is a blast to drive, plus it is a Camaro.... Nuff Said...

Pros: It just looks good

Cons: It is a v6

1997 Z28 Convertible — Middle Age Crisis Car. Seating for 4/5 folks. (Seatbelts only for 4, and someone gets the hump....) Fun to drive on a sunny day! Not great out of the hole, but really accelerates once rolling! Would have enjoyed the manual tranny instead of automatic. Handles great and gets decent MPG. 16 city/ 25 hwy.

Pros: Drop top with good performance! Seating for 4/5

Cons: Automatic Tranny

Camero Is A Great Car Just Needs Some Major Repairs — the handling of the car is great but the acceleration has a hesitation it has great brakes but horrible traction control. as i have owned this car i have had to replace spark plugs and rear motor mount but still need to have the 5th cylinder repaired and a seal in the transmisson because it is leaking and will eventually cause the clutch to slip. this car gets around 28miles to the gallon and i love to shift gears and drive the car just to show off but i still need to make some major repairs

Pros: love the car

Cons: its costing me a ton of money

1997 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 30th Anniversary Edition — This was a very fast car. It handeled great, it had great acceleration. The only down side to this car was that it had a bad trans and it didn't shift correct. Other than that the car was amazing and a real joy to own. I miss it a lot and wish I had it still.

Pros: Chevrolet

Cons: Bad Trans :(
