318 Review — It has been a good and reliable car. The air conditioning is a little weak and the cup holders don''t work very well. It handles well and has been a fun car to drive. It is black with a tan interior. Since it is 11 years old, it is not looking as good anymore.

Pros: Solidly built, good handling

Cons: Weak a/c

1997 318i — This car was a lot of fun to drive, got great gas mileage, and was also nice to just look at! Unfortunately, BMW didn't know how to make a good 4cyl in 1997 and it had it's share of engine issues! All in all I enjoyed this car a lot!

Pros: Looks, Gas Mileage

Cons: Bad Engine, Lack of Power

Classic Looks, Amazing German Technology — Bought the car a little over a year ago, after selling my boring Camry (which I only had for 8 months - some of you may not even know I had it). It's a fun car to drive, especially since it's a 5-speed. Parts for this baby are expensive, but being that I'm mechanically inclined and have my Tio Luis (the mechanic in the family) to thank, I can handle the costs. I've been once told I'm bi-polar when it comes to cars - so don't be surprised if in a few months I'm driving something else... (God, I hope not...) - see what I mean..?

Pros: Smooth ride, good looks, it's a convertible!

Cons: Mediocre fuel economy, expensive to fix

The 328i — My favorite car. I put tons of money into this machine and made it my own. It was awesome. I sold it to a local kid... I put a CAI on it, direct ignition coils, upgraded the chip, updated the wheels, put on an HID headlight kit, the works... I miss it!

Pros: Fast, loud, smooth

Cons: a little too loud...

Would Recommend And Buy Another — I loved this car! It is solid, fun to drive, great handling and comfort. The performance was good for stock but add a couple grand and it'll be great! the quality was great overall and it holds up excellent in a crash. I had a guy total mine by T-boning us. The car did it's job and kept us safe. We were at 0 mph and he was doing 40+. The car looked great with a nice tint job and I still miss driving that car!

Pros: almost everything

Cons: on the 4 door, the back seat doesn't split and fold down

My White Beemer — I got this car two years ago by accident, was exactly what I had to spend and in really great shape, got lucky I guess. It has greta mileage, I LOVE the sunroof always wanted one, it is very comfortable to sit in and drives like a dream, I took it to mexico once and as soon as I crossed the border and was free of speed limits I discovered really what the engine can do, only 4 cylinders but can go pretty fast, the steering is great the stability is awesome, and it looks great, I love it!

Pros: Good mileage, good power and stability, comfort and looks

Cons: If you want to have it nicely taken care of mechanics can be expensive, but not ridiculous as long as you stay away from the agency
