97 328is — This car may be 12 years old, but it still manages to preform and rive like a brand new car. It blends BMW driving dynamics with great luxury. It also feels really solid when your driving it. Its fun and really reliable.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fast, great handling, well built. reliable

    Cons: nothing

Great Car For A Beginning Bmw Enthusiast — My Bimmer is quicker than you would expect from a 1.9L. It also is capable of going 140mph on the high end. It has 5 shifting modes: Autoomatic, Sport, Manual, Mountain, and Towing. The BMW brakes hard with its four disc brakes. It is also equiped with driver controlled traction control and stability management. The 318Ti is a two door that seats 5 comfortably. The interior is clean and austere, but it has a lot of new age features despite it being 12 years old. I have a six CD changer, thermometer, stereo controls, and trip computer. It turns very tight and the handling is stiff. It still has a very comfortable ride, though. It also has storage. I can fit 4 full sets of golf clubs in the trunk and still have room left over. Practical and still a ton of fun to drive. It is different than most BMWs because it's a hatchback. Mine is 256/7 Calypso Red Metallic. I have the upgraded factory 15" rims. It is built as solid as a tank with no rattles or squeaks even with over 100,000 miles on it. It's fun to drive and cheap to own. I get around 35 miles per gallon on the highway and 24 in the city. No repairs other than basic maintanence.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Quick and lightweight

Cons: Hard to to get professional service without going to the Twin Cities

My Bmw 328i Cab — it was a great car gorgeous met black with silver leather, 17" alloys, it was lowered and "handled like it was on rails" fast and reliable and cool on a sunny day, bit thirsty but thats life, had it about 1 1/2 years.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: all

    Cons: none

Unrelenting Grin From The Minute You Get In Till Forevermore. — Jaw dropping performance even for automatic. The tires chirp everytime during hard acceleration. For an older car the quality is through the roof its soo amazing how well its held up through the years. The previous owner took very very good care of it as will I just because I feel its owed to this car for having the honour of driving it. It loves to just drive and be driven hard. 184,000 kms on it and still kicking ass at everyturn. For my first BMW cant go wrong although would have preferred a 5spd but I do not regret buying this car for $9900.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Looks and compliments from gas station attendants to people in the car beside you

Cons: Insurance is steep but well worth considering how much trouble you could get into with this heatscore

Bmw 328is — Excellent vehicle, built with quality in mind. has 180,000+ miles on it and still runs and drives like new. superb acceleration, braking, and cornering. gets fantastic fuel economy both highway and city. this car loves to be driven and will take anything you can throw at it.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great Performance, fuel economy, and comfortable interior

    Cons: cost of ownership

Sleeper Pimp — Replaced the suspension and almost every major system - good to go. Takes off and stops on a dime while taking corners on the back roads. Built BMW soild - nothing beats it. Just learn to be your own mechanic - parts ain't cheap but bimmerfourms.com is always there to help w/ the install. Just the cost of tires that gets annoying - I should have stock in Bridgestone!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: BMW fast, nimble, awsome

    Cons: Nothing

The Balls — Car is extremely tight even with high miles. Not loose in the front end like most high mile cars and smooth riding. I've owned Fords and Chevys before and they don't compare. Repairs can be expensive but if you can do anything yourself it's not to bad, plus shopping around for parts on the internet can save you loads of money. Bavarian Auto is one of the best places to get parts for BMW's online and you will be sure to get the right parts and not waste your time and money. 135,000 miles is still considered low miles for a BMW, but any american made car with over 100,000 is pushing it. I would still feel very confident with driving this car on long trips like Florida too.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: SMOOTH RIDE

    Cons: EXSPENSIVE

Good Enough For Me! — German cars are well known for drivers's fun to drive but when it breaks, it breaks! I like every aspect of these cars except their price! I would recommend this car to everyone who likes low end torque and build quality!

. — I'm pretty amazed how fast this car goes! And the grip is quite good too. In the winter the car is damn funny to drive, backwheel drive is definitly the thing! ;) There is plenty of styling to a BMW too!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Funny as hell!

    Cons: You can't stop drivin'..

Best You Can Get :) It's Bmw — It is the best you can actually get , it's an BMW , best quality for that money. Parts are unexpensive and easily to get. It's so fun to drive because of Rear wheel drive you can do drifting . Wow i love it.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: It's not a car , it's BMW

    Cons: nothing
