Great A To B Commuter Car! — * Performance - 100 Hp torque-less engine. ok brakes. * Build Quality - Good, wasn't galvanized so that means rust. * Appearance - Nothing exciting. * Cost of Ownership - Cheap, 40mpg can't beat that. * Fun Factor - Manual Transmission, and blends in well which helps with the cops! Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Mileage Cons: Not very stable and powerless. |

Satin The Saturn — fun little car not much of a back seat. but thats ok i got long legs. i did a custom paint job on the inside and out with blue pinstripes and accents inside and out. with blue neons underneath and inside. wish i had some pics of this car. i looked pretty cool when i got done with it. till i high school chick rear ended me and bent the frame. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: quick great mpg. fun sporty little car Cons: oil burners |

Get A New Car — the ac works great, heating too, but engine is real bad and will clunk out soon. manual transmission makes it fun to drive but has a serious lack of acceleration. its a nice red color but blue is always best. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: manual transmission Cons: horrible acceleration |

Love/hate — Not my favorite car in the world...of the 5 I have owned, it was my least favorite. At one point, I only wanted to drive it off a cliff. I got this car from a very good friend in a bad state. After getting it to run right, pass emissions, repair the speedo, and drivers seat (would fly back whenever you leaned on it...not good!)...I had my airport car! I will say this car is a tank...I have no idea how the engine was even running once I started to tear into it. After this work...the car was passed on to another friend of my who has given it a great home. Pros: This cars engine will run though anything... Cons: I just have too many to list... |

Great Car — performance did not lack at all it has a very powerful 2.0 four cylinder DOHC engine, it was very sturdily built, appearance isint the greatest but that is ok, it got great gas mileage, with little to no harsh maintainence, and this car as a stick and with good handling is a blast to drive! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: power Cons: wagon |

1.9l Oil Burner — I have had this car for about 6 months now (11/2009) and its a pretty nice car. I bought it to get better gas mileage and keep the miles of my other vehicle. The only problem I have with the car is that it burns oil. I did a few things to slow the process but all the 1.9L's have this problem eventually. I just rack the miles on it and it has been really reliable for me. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Gas Mileage/Reliability Cons: Performance |

The Ugly Dumpling — It's not the prettiest but noone can take it from me. It's incredible on gas, and shift very smooth. First owned stick so lovin that also. I can't really have fun with it yet because it's still all stock but i promise by the time I'm done wit it it'll run at most 12.5 in the 1/4 mile. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Great on gas, shifts exceptionally good, solid build. Cons: It's an ugly Saturn...lol. |

Perfect Smart Choice For An Affordable Every Day Driver — 13 years old. 155k miles. rarely maintainced. unknown previous owner. muffler is rusted through, so its pretty loud. Transmission shifts a little funny. Cranks up every time I turn the key and gets 33mpg average, what more can you say? Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: awesome gas mileage, awesome dependability Cons: I like to go fast |

Its A Beater With A Heater — Its a beater with a heater, gets me to and from the train. Handles well, but its slow and old and falling apart, but since all I do is park it at the train station all day, I am trying to avoid parking something nicer in that part of Chicago. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Its cheap Cons: its old |

Sl-2 Good To Be True — Don't ever waste your money replacing a saturn sunroof. It will just break again within a month. Jammed doors also are common with these. Good on gas. Barely a scratch in collisions. Handles great in bad weather, may have skidded once in 3 years. Not really fun to drive, but safe. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: gas mileage and collision repair Cons: doors and sunroof broke regularly. |
