Ford Fiesta — My Fiesta has the best possible stock paint. The petrol-blue color, which u can see as green or blue with pearls gives my car the best appearance. It may be accelerates slow, but has perfect handling, and i can drive all around so cheap.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Cheap movement, nice appearance, Air Conditioner

Cons: Slow acceleration, 2 doors

Ford Fiesta Mk3 1.3 Clx — Performance: 1.3 litre engine was good enough for everyday driving, but don't hope to pass a car at high speeds! Build Quality: plastics were of not-so-good quality, and I had some rust problems, but that's it. Appearance: it's a 12 years old car, so you wouldn't expect to be stunished by it's almost 20 years old desing. Cost of Ownership: mine has just passed the 45k km mark, and repairing has just not been expensive at all! Fun Factor: well, it's rather small, so that makes it fun, but due to the lack of a powerful engine, it's not as fun as others

Pros: Equipment, Overall Quality, Engine reliability, repairing costs

Cons: Top Speed, Engine noise, small rust problems

Fiesta 1.25 Ghia Review — I've had this car since it was just 7 months old with only Ford Motor Company as the previous owner. Just a week after I bought it whilst waiting for delivery, I had a Jeremy Clarkson video for Christmas and couldn't believe my eyes when this car appeared on screen. It's been a sound little car and is quite different since it had every single option from new, costing almost £15k when a standard car was barely more than £10k. It's off the road now but will return! Performance is far from sports car like but is good for the 1.25, somehow better than other 1.25's I've driven.

Pros: Cheap to run, nice spec for a little car

Cons: A bit old ad slow

Brilliant — Bought this car in 2007 when it was a little over ten years old as a first car just after passing my test. The performance i felt was better than could be expected for an 11 year old 1.1l runabout. The appearance was good with nothing silly looking as can be seen on some modern cars. The cost of running for me was about £30 a month on petrol. It was also very good fun to drive, with no modern fancies (power steering etc) you felt everything on the road. Would still be driving this car if it had not being for other people not knowing the laws of the road and putting a rather large hole in the side of it.

Pros: Reliable, Cheap, good first car

Cons: Age and value mean even a slight bump can be a write off.

Reliable, Nippy, Cheap To Insure/run — i owned this car for just under 2 yrs and all i done was replace the front dampers because i felt the suspension was a bit too bouncy. this is the peasant model lx, with the 1.25 zetec engine.

Pros: fun to drive, reliable, zetec s wheels complete the look, great visablity

Cons: brakes bit spongy, peasant as, no central locking or power assisted steering, minor rust

Quick Off The Blocks And Fun Getting To Wher You're Going!! — The best way to see if a small car is going to be good is to go a long way in it. 400 miles from Home to a holiday in Cornwall, did not disapoint. Dearly beloved, myself and the sprog with enough holiday detritus to sink the Bismark. Tested Frisky's capabilities as a TARDIS. Loaded to the gunnels. Sprog still able to play her nintendo or what ever it is and me still able to do 70 mph through the Somerset levels. But the old girl really came into her own on Cornwalls tight and twisty country lanes. The Stretch of the A38 from the Tamar tunnel to Bodmin is like a special rally stage, and even with the extra weight, the road holding and cornering was superb. I often turn off the main commuter drag and take the road to the office that goes over the moors so that I can put her through her paces, This is the 1996 Fiesta mark 4 1.25 Si 16V. This car is certainly brings out the driver in me.

Pros: Fast, reliable, very easy to park( especially in small places) , economical, fun to drive, holds up well on motorways for a small car. Very good TARDIS like qualities.

Cons: Engine management can be a bit temeramental when idling, and rear wiper and reversing light seem to have emigrated, but apart from that very good.

The Only Good/bad Thing Is The Engine From '55! — Too small a steering wheel, good comfort and handling. The only car where I'd to shift dowm in 4th gear when i drove up-hill at 80 km/h! Damn - and when me and my brother drove it home in a sne blizzard, we couldn't get the anti-spin off (no freakin' button!), so me almost got hit by a truck on a icy road!

Pros: Comfort and handling

Cons: Engine & anti-spin

I like the fiesta, I had one in the past it is a reliable car. It looks good, it gets great gas mileage, and it is a FORD! I would compare this car to the Chevy Cruze, or the Honda civic. Read More
