Great Car! — i've had my Z since 2001 i bought it with 70K now has 147K and the few problems i had withthe car was the fuel pump went out on it! i will never get rid of it that's why im trying to get it in tip top shape ive been deployed the past 3 years and have barely drove it at all, it gets cranked occasionally! This is my last deployment and im going to put my KITT back on the road in style!!!

Our 96 Camaro Is Our Baby - Love It! — We've had it about three years and have replaced the engine. It runs GREAT! It's a sharp looking car and we're always getting "challenged" by other drivers with sports cars (not that we're interested).

It Looks So Sexy I Dont Know What To Do With Myself ! — The 1996 camero to me is a good car. It looks sexy, it drives good , and it looks like a strong car .

Pros: seems to be good with gas , drives tight , and has alot of power

Cons: slips in the rain, T-top leks somtimes , and theres no room for nothing .

The Batmobile — This was my friends car, a black V6 T-top. Lots of fun to drive, fast enough to get into serious trouble, just ask him about how much that cost him. 5 star crash rating, dual air bags. Good car for a teen age girl, but I have to crawl out of it as it's something you wear when your in it. She gets one ticket and it will be sold.

Love It! — It's not a very family-friendly car due to the tight rear seats, but it has adequate cargo room for a great road trip for two. Maintenance hasn't been difficult, although if you don't like spending time and $$ maintaining your vehicle then this definitely isn't the car for you.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: This car is a blast to drive.! It's powered by the Chevy 5.7 L Z-1 V8.  The engine is stock, and generates 305 hp.  The handling is outstanding.  Even though it's a police interceptor, it still corners very well.

Cons: Gas mileage isn't the greatest, although if you drive conservatively it is possible to average 21 MPG overall.  The temptation to let the hammer down and listen to the engine sing those magical V-8 notes can be too much to resist though.  To achieve continual optimal performance, it requires frequent maintenance with synthetic oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, etc.

1996 Camaro — The car is a t top. Although the car isnt too offel fast its a good looking car and now that ive added a flowmaster exaust, spectre cone filter, MSD coil packs,Accel wires and pacesetter headers the car is probably pushing between 240 hp to 260 hp. The car is flame red. I personally love the car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: T-top

Timeless Style — Mine is a V6 and definietly has enough power for daily driving. Overall somewhat comfortable seats, very reliable, few problems. Just passed 158K miles and going strong. Recently replaced water pump, battery, plug/wires. Burns a little bit of oil which is completely normal for a car of this age/miles. Never been in an accident (knock on wood!), no major issues at all, well-loved and taken care of. Thinking of selling to get a small pickup such as S10, mostly because the other cars have very limited truck space.

Pros: Believe it or not, this car is great for hauling when you put the back seat down.  Have hauled 2x4s, decorative bamboo tree about 6' tall, as well as many other larger items

Cons: Difficult to park with the extra-long doors/nose

I've Put A Lot Of Work And Money In This Car And I Think Every Ounce I Put Into It Was Worth It — It has enough power to be more than a daily driver, but it also has great fuel efficiency. After a few mods the overall performance is great which makes it fun to drive. With the magnaflow exhaust and the cars design it has a race car feel to it. Lots of fun.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: to make driving more than a task

Cons: no room in back seats and a small trunk
