Lifted Chevy — performance- good V6 power, braked well, handled great build Quality- Starter had to be replaced and chassis a bit rusty Appearance-the Hood looked atrocious with scratches cracks and chipping paint Fun Factor- lifted with a 5 speed manual what do you think?

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun to learn with, smooth manual trany, 5 inch lift, 35" bf goodrich A/T

Cons: dry rotted tires, scratched and cracked hood

War-wagon — beaslty, 225000 miles, original engine, 220000 on the original transmission, simply impressive. I have done more work to it than I care to remember on it but in all reality, it is over 14 years old, solid truck and drivetrain.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Cheap

Cons: rust, bad turning radius

'96 Chevy — i love this truck. quality? well ive seen better but nothings perfect. performance? WOW! this thing has some get up and go after a few mods. as far as driving it, obviously it's not a sports car but it's every bit as enjoyable as one to me.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: hello, it's a Chevy

Cons: getting a little old and it shows

My Truck — This was a great truck that I put some custom mods to. Handled great, ran like a bat out of hell and was easy to maintain. Very comfortable and durable and typically outperformed others in its class. I loved that truck.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great truck

Cons: Nothing

L.d. — Awesome truck, build-wise. Take you anywhere you want to go... especially off-road when it has 9 inches of lift and 38" Boggers. Gas is not cheap though. LD can drink you under the table. lol. Next on the list of projects for this truck is new body parts and a good coat of paint.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: The plain stoutness

Cons: Fuel Mileage

Buy This Truck — One sweet truck to drive. Drives and runs well, gets great milage and has ample power. Also very reliable, no major problems or defects and its got over 150000 miles on it. Only downside is lack of seating, but its a truck so thats to be expected.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: lots of power, good milage, very comfortable

Cons: none at the moment

See Above — 1996 Chevy Z-71 90,000 miles Probably could stand a new timing belt and whatever else chevy does at 90,000 miles Leather, power seats, windows, extended cab, 4 wd,3rd door Does exactly what I need - hauls me and the dog to the park

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Great truck that serves its purpose

Cons: horrible gas mileage - 19 MPG on the highway

Good Truck Just Looks Crappy. — Not great on acceleration, but brakes are better than average. Takes corners ok, nothin special but no matter what you can keep finding ways to fix the old junk and it still runs strong. excellent in snow even for having a fairly light rear end. Gets 17-19 mpg.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Safe vehicle with no fancy stuff

Cons: Wiring will be shot and can barely passs emissions

Awwww Yeah!!!!!! — It has a ton of power and for a half ton truck, it really does extremely well when considering the size, power, fuel economy, and reliability. It is a lot of fun to drive! I can lay rubber on any road that I want!!!!!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: price, power, and reliability

Cons: 10-15 mpg
