A Modern Classic — This will be a classic soon, but unfortunately European cars are suffering from too much electronics and a 1996 BMW is most likely to be showing signs of that. I'll bet that either the outside thermometer stopped working, the clock display went dark, some LEDS in the radio display are not working, etc. If you're not planning to keep yours as a classic, then it's time to move on. If it's a keeper then it's time for serious investment!

I Love My Bimmer..hehe — Great beginning European car. Gotta love the balance of the E36 chassis. Not too fast off the line but cruises at 130 with no issues. Great car to toss around an auto cross or a mountain road. Build quality a little below typical BMW standards though.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Handling

    Cons: Plastic

The Car I'm Laying Off — Performance: acceleration too slow, poor braking (think I wore it out), and handling is probably more to do with me lol Build-quality: needs repairs It is a fun car, especially since its small! Appearance: Yeah, it is nice- would be nice with more repairs. Cost: quite low actually.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Its small

    Cons: Its dying

Bmw — ACCELERATION AT HIGH RPM is a good buzz, road handling is good , the car seems well balanced for a big car, but on the down side irish roads are very hard on back coil springs. all in though very glad i bought it , had some fast runs in it

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: BMW

    Cons: price of road tax

328i — Rear-wheel drive + snow = Fun! Drives Smooth, good gearbox, no grinds. moves quite well. decent gas mileage for a 6 cyl. 26mpg mixed. ~32 highway. Comfortable, leather, heated seats for the nasty buffalo winters. A little expensive for repairs but well worth it.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Its called the Ultimate Driving Machine

    Cons: its not an ///M

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: rear wheel drive baby!!!
