Very Nice Car For A Beginner In The Race Scene — The performace of the car is wonderful. very fast but not the most reliable. very clean sporty look. gets great gas mileage but as i said it isnt very reliable. i am actually going into my 3rd engine in a year but who cares cuz when it is running the car is very fun to drive.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Small, sporty, and fast

Cons: DSMs straight up suck

I Would Never Buy It Again — The performance was moderate for being a non-turbo eclipse. the interior started falling apart quickly. The seat back on the drivers seat actually broke. So i had to have the seat welded back together. The timing belt frayed and broke one of the cam gears off of the cam. And the water pump had to be replaced 3 or 4 times

Pros: It was a great beginner car, the clutch was easy to ingage

Cons: Its a DSM.  they break a lot

Good Fun Car But Easy On Gas — like i said this car was my heaven and hell, i went through 2 motors 3 clutches brakes and few time and same with tires. i loved the way it looked after being cleaned, these pics were taken when i was selling it. it was a fun car that got up and moved but easy on gas. mine was manual wich helped alot not a good road trip car unless there is just too of you.i used to beat on this car but loved to do it

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: tons of potential comeon all of you have seen fast and furious

Cons: that i had to part with it, no i dono nothing really

Garbage — Performance - Non-existent Build Quality - Not very good Appearance - No form or function, not a good car if you have legs. Cost of Ownership - Low cost, Fun Factor - Typical slow, yet overrated 4 - cylinder engine, zero torque, and even less hp.

Pros: n/a

Cons: Performance, Build Quality, Fun Factor, Appearance, Torque, HP,

I Would Love A Spyder In Better Condition. — I would love to add a cold air intake to it, as well as a full 3" exhaust, New fuel pump, injectors, better spark plugs, new springs and a ported throttlebody. For starters. It does need a lot of repairs which is why barely anything has been done to it mod-wise. Ive already started a brake overhaul, Ill be getting the new exhaust installed in the spring, and new bumpers should be in this week. Since it needs so much, and I only have little to work with, it still looks pretty damn bad. Hopefully by the spring things will be looking up tho. It has cost me an arm and a leg but hopefully itll be worth it to drive it in the spring.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: They can be an amazing work of art to own

Cons: Mine personally was abused before I got it.
