Surprisingly Nice — I really don't know why I owned one of these. It just isn't my kind of car at all. That said, it was a pretty nice car. Good powerful American engine, basic interior, sloppy automatic transmission, sloppy suspension. It was a comfortable simple cruiser and I kind of liked it.

Pros: Fast, smooth

Cons: Crappy interior, reliability problems, transmission problems

Just Got The 95, Before That, I Owned A 93 — I needed the 95 (over the 93) for two reasons: airbags and the 4.6L V8. When I bought it, it already had the Xenon kit. It came with leather, sunroof, power everything, cruise control and automatic lights. It's got great power for a midsized American car. I loved the 93 because it lasted so long. It has 250,000 + miles and is still going. My 95 will now be a project car. Hopefully I can get the (slightly better) V8 from a 97 and do a PI head swap, along with some body work: fiberglassing the Xenon kit, paint, etc... Overall I love driving this car everyday!!!

Pros: Accelleration and ride quality

Cons: Gas mileage (especially the V8), breaks (doesn't have 4-wheel disc)

Awesome Summer Car — Held up through a lot, but a pain in inclement weather.

Pros: Drives nice, Big body holds up.

Cons: Tough in snow/ice.

A Beast In The Making — Sort of a project that never really was finished. This was on the way to being a really good "SVT interpretation" of what a Thunderbird should have been. The engine work was done, but the tuning didn't quite happen. Wish I'd had more time to get the tuning done myself, but it decided not to start just once too often.

Pros: Handled fairly well, geared for acceleration, good engine note

Cons: Sputtered due to incorrect tune, needed better handling/brakes

When It Runs Its Dependable, And She Can Move With An Interceptor On It — I have always wanted a car like this, and it runs good when it runs. Haven't been able to come up with whats wrong with it. so many sensors.

Not Bad — parts are so so expensive and the door hindges(personal thought) a little cheap made...they wear out quick and there a pain in the a** to change.

Pros: great driving car

Cons: nothin major

Its Just Not Fast Enough — Its too big of a car that has no speed, my 89 Nissan 300ZX was much better. I went 150 on it and i still didnt tope it out. But just for driving its an ok car, or maby a good show car but for speed right now its nowhere near good enough for me.

Good Sporty Car For A Family Man — I say sporty becouse its not truly a sports car. It lacks the down shifting needed to get the car moving from a cruseing speed. Off the line starts fine, so is topend. I also like the facted that my kids (all three of them) can fit rather nice in the back seats. the ride is nice also. i would have to say the car would have a 5 out of 5 if it was built a bit better. the trany has a short life and the shocks should be a bit more hefty. overall, if you are a family man looking for a fun car to drive, and dont want to spend the extra cash on a new car, the 95 thunderbird my be the car for you

My 95 Tbird — I have owned my 1995 T-bird since 2002. Since I have owned it, I have had the trans rebuilt, rebuilt the front end twice, replaced the rear link pins 4 times, etc. No to mention the strut rod bushings! It needs new shocks again, I just put these on in 2004 when I lowered the car, but they were cheap, so I didn't expect them to last too long! It is a 4.6 V8 and has good power. The trans shifts really softly, but I am going to put the shift kit in this summer, and possibly a 355 locking rear. Not too sure yet! The car has about 75,000 miles on it now, and still runs great. I have 3 cars, so I do not drive it every day. Only when the weather is nice, as it is terrible in anykind of weather.
