My Favorite Was My Lx5.0, Bit This Was A Close Second. —

Got the v6 b/c the GT didn't provide that much better performance for the upcharge in price. Decided to use the money elsewhere (cobra spoiler, side exhaust, 17" cobra rims & 255/45 all around, white guages, K&N filter, side scoops & louvers, and paint black mirrors to match car). I had a lot of fun with my v6 5-speed. Having had 86SVO, 87LX5.0, & 88GTConvt previously, I enjoyed the antilock disk brakes and the lack of the monster v8 infront during hard cornering, but I missed the raw power. Thankfully the 3.8l blew it's headgasket right on cue @ 75K miles. Such a problem that ford started to cover this under "warranty" if pressed. I chose to take this oppertunity to modify the engine affordably. I thought about 5.0 swaps but didn't want the weight out front again. I had the uper and lower intakes cleaned & polished, a minor valve job, upgraded head gaskets, bigger feul injectors, fuel pump, and a performance computer chip. Added to this was a 3.55 rear and trac-loc from a junked v8. I knew my mechanic had done well when I showed-up and he offered to buy the car from me. This thing was FAST, really fast! And cornered impressivle for a car 5yrs old w/ +75K originally costing less than $16K. This was a great car as long as you understood that driving hard can cause problems and cost money. I was sad to see it go. This mustang turned out to be the best bang for the buck of any I had, which says something starting with less and using aftermarket to finish up YOUR Mustang.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: good base to customize, aftermarket is vast treasure trove of affordable performance upgrades

Cons: mandatory 75,000 mile gasket failure, verify repaired well

Love It But Some Things Bug Me — It's pretty fast for being an automatic, but a lot of cars are faster. and the gas mileage is horrible. but i love it, it's just a badass car. build quality, wouldn't recommend it since it's a ford, things squeak and rattle, it used to overheat a lot, a lot of cheap parts that aren't high quality and need to be replaced, already went through a transmission. it's one of the sickest looking cars i've seen from 1995, especially an american car that's not too expensive. and it has a red leather interior so it looks amazing. gets about 9 mpg in the city, i don't know why it's so bad it should be at leas 15, but on the freeway i get at least 20. lots of upkeep but it is almost 15 years old. and it is very fun to drive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Convertible, Fast, Classic, Cool

Cons: It's a Ford, Upkeep, Could be faster

Bad But Nice — the interior is in bad shape a little and the overall performance is alright and the front bumper has a little damage to it but its ok.but it still needs repairs to get it going then it will be perfect.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the rims and exhaust system

Cons: the scratches

Muscle Car With Modern Body Style — It is a very fast modern muscle car with amazing handling and decent gas mileage. The last year of the 302. It gets anywhere from 17-22 on average. The best I have ever gotten with it was 25 mpg. Very fun to drive. A real head turner.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: 140 mph

Cons: There is none

My Mustang — This car is the ultimate in a beautiful ride. The mustang performs like a dream with the 3.8 V6 has plenty of punch. It is a great driver for day to day activities. Or its good for that night out on the town.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: My first car

Cons: None

Freaking Awesome — Performance this car hauls ass. pulls on any 4 banger cracker jack toy. its a muastang from 1995 just bought it a few months ago of course it needssom TLC. again needs TLC Cost rellativly low maitanence unless your going for racing and performance parts. then gets costly. gas wasnt too bad before i ipped off the vaccum system and emmisins system. now gas = death. fun hell yes. this is the best bang for the buck you can nuy.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: motor

Cons: gas milaglage

Last Good One — The 1995 Ford Mustang is an incredibly made car. It was the last Mustang GT made with a 5.0 Engine and for my taste, the last beautiful mustang made. This is one of the funnest rides i have ever driven as it doesn't have any type of assists and is pure energy.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Performance, exterior

Cons: Rims, suspension
