My Miata — Low maintenance and very reliable. A lot of fun on the corners and good get-up-and-go with excellent gas mileage. The car is easy on the eyes and wonderful to cruise with the top down on a sunny California day, or night.

Super Fun To Drive Cute Convertible For Cheap $ — Bought this car for $2900 cash to drive on sunny days. That's pretty cheap for a convertible. I think it may be the smallest car on the road and it feels like your driving a toy. The 5 speed stick is responsive and turns on a dime. The manual steering is a little tough until you get going. Great gas mileage. I can never remember when I last visited the gas station.

Pros: FUN to drive. Easy off convertible top. Great gas mileage. Zippy little engine. Runs great even with 130k miles on engine.

Cons: Very small. Engine leaks oil.

A Street Legal Toy Car — I kinda like this RWD 5-speed convertible. It's 1/8 of the price of a S2000 ($1800) and lasted 2 times longer than any Mustang (212,900 miles). but Damn, this thing is tiny. And I don't feel manly driving it. I think the biggest shortcoming of this car is absense of an armrest on driver's door. I could also use a cupholder.

Pros: RWD, no roof and 5 speed

Cons: No armrest on left door, definately sized for dwarfs.

The Best Little Handling Car By Far, Lots Of Fun At The Track ! — If you need a convertible this is a must have car. If you need a track car this is an excellent giant killer. Drive it on the edge and you will know what handling is all about.

Pros: Excellent Handling , Brakes and lots of fun

Cons: More POWA

You Can't But Smile When You're Behind The Wheel — Front engine, rear wheel drive, 50-50 weight distribution. All you need is a twisty mountain road

Pros: Fun, handling, looks

Cons: I can't take my surfboard

Just Can't Help Sliding The Back End Every Time... Makes Me Feel Young Again! — Yeah, yeah, I'm going to get a ribbing for owning up to having one of these. But let me tell you, when you hit your mid thirty's and want a little bit of fun, you have to remember that 'The Wife' will dictate that if you can afford to waste your money on a toy car you must 'waste' an equal amount on her. As I dislike wasting money on my wife, here lies the solution.

Pros: Proper drivers car without all the rubbish that has taken the fun away from most modern cars.

Cons: It needs about another 100 bhp to be to be truly ridiculous!

Great For A Sunny Day! — This was a great, but not very practical car. It had to go once we had kid #2.

Pros: Top down!

Cons: Small

Tremendously Fun Car To Drive.... Should Have Bought One Years Ago. — This is a fine roadster. It is the second roadster I have owned and is by far the best. My first roadster was an Austin Healey Sprite.... The Miata is so much nicer. It is a comforable car that is a true pleasure to drive. The lines on it are very pleasing to the eye. The M edition adds some nice amenities such as ac, power windows and leather seats.

Owner for 0 years, 2 months

Miles Driven per Year:3,000

Pros: It's a roadster and is a blast to drive.

Cons: A tilt steering wheel would be a great option for larger men..like me

Most Fun To Drive, Smiles Per Mile, Bang For The Buck Sports Car — The best British sports car never made. A very affordable, modern version of the classic sports car. Great fun to own and drive. Huge availability of replacement and performance parts. Many Miata clubs, with a great following of fellow enthusiasts.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great bang for the buck. Highly fun to drive, on the street or track.. Inexpensive to buy, own modify and run. Easy to work on. Reliable. Fun!

Cons: None, really.
