Great All Around Vehicle — performance wise its got alot of power. breaking is good for being a big truck and handling is alright has some body roll. the doors need some grease starting to squeak. interior is nice has the geneva conversion package in it. gets about 16mpg if i drive it nice and burns oil but thats because there is 212,000 miles on it. my truck is awesome in the mud.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: 4x4 and posi all around without lockers

Cons: gas mileage and needs 40 achers to turn

Bottom Line, Awesome Truck, Can't Go Wrong. — this truck is really awesome, i can't think of anything that could go wrong without it not being properly maintained... it's a great truck, very strong engine and transmission, very fun truck to go cruising in, can't really beat it...

    Primary Use: Family transportation

    Pros: very great truck.

Cons: there is no reason to avoid it.

Great Truck Worth Buying If You Want Something To Go In The Woods And Work — great power, great suspension, still works perfectly after 15 years and good fuel efficiency and reliability for the year but like all old trucks has poor handling corners, slow braking because of weight and is not as spacious as new trucks

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: great fuel efficiency and reliability

    Cons: poor handling

My Truck — I have had this truck for about 5 years 2 of which I was in High school. I have only done minor repair work. This truck has had a fith wheel and it now tows my racecar and still runs better than any Ford I have ever driven or most any new truck for that.

Pros: Its easy to work on has great fuel miliage

Cons: It sometimes lacks space but if I wanted that I should have gotten a king cab

'94 Gmc Sle, 2dr. Ext. Cab, Short Bed. — 46k miles have done nothing but oil changes, add fuel, and drive it. More words just cheapen it. The leather's held up great, no cracks, etc.. The paint is still like brand new and shiney though it has been garaged daily. Hard to believe this much power delivers such great fuel mileage!

Pros: Power (350V8 w/4spd auto), Mileage 14 city, 20 hwy. Rides and drives like a sports car!

Cons: They quite making them in '95

Rusty Trusty Gmc — The old GMC K1500 4WD, About as fast as one could expect for a 5.7L V8 that barely puts out 200hp. Build Quility, one word: SOLID. Apperance is average, we all know one of these trucks when we see them. You either love it or hate it. Gas mileage, well, does that matter with a truck? Lets be honest here, if your worried about MPG, then you don't need a truck. Fun factor, in RWD mode, its a blast in the winter, 4WD is like driving on rails. Pretty straight forward here.

Pros: Solid, Reliable, Never get stuck in anything.

Cons: I wish I had the 454 Engine option?

Transmission Wanted — Great truck. it had 340,000 miles on it before the trasmission gave up. Great power although it's only a front wheel drive. Me and Sean spent all night one night putting the lightbar on it. Its very fun in the snow as well. Many stories.

    Pros: Torque, memories and durability

Cons: 2 wheel drive, bad transmission

Sexy — This truck is my baby... still has a stock 350 TBI... just under 220K now... I added MSD wires, cap, rotor, and coil and Bosch +4 platinums... very plain... power nothing, took the A/C out of it, tilt, cruise... so much fun to drive... Gas prices may be going up but i'm still getting a solid 13-18 MPG... ha ha

Pros: fun, fast, attractive, loud, my g/f loves it too

Cons: not very good mileage, but what do you expect from a worn out engine?

Great Truck Bought With 82,000 Miles Now At 108,000 — I love this truck. Plenty of power and plenty of torque to get the job done. Apperance looks like a farm truck. I have had 25 bales of hay stacked out on the bed and was pulling a 20 ft stock trailer that had 72 bales of hay in it and it handled it no problem. That is 97 bales that weigh 50 lbs apiece plus a trailer that is from 1973 so it is good heavy steel. It was setting on the overload spring pretty good that day, and i have overloaded it multiple times. Put a good set of mud tires on the back and have yet to be stuck doing field work.

Pros: Powerful 350 CI motor, Great ability to handle weight, only thing i did was put a rear pinion seal in it

    Cons: none

Good — I love my truck!!! It was my grandads who has since passed away and it is an everyday reminder of him! The only bad thing about it is that it guzzles gas. It drives great tho!!

    Pros: Rides awesome!!

    Cons: guzzles gas!
