The Little Suby That Could — When attempting hill climbs on the trail watch the throttle because the axles are know to break. Motor swaps are a breeze. Great quality car, i have the 1.8 liter ant it is slow but sips the petro. If the car is in water and it begins to enter the cabin the door open alarm will sound. Pros: milage Cons: power |

Amazing — this car sold me on Subarus. i bought this car as a beater to get to work every day with good gas mileage. i've put A LOT of miles on this baby and she still runs great. i've never really had any regular problems with her, just normal wear and tear items. and rust O_O Pros: reliable, reliable, reliable, reliable...did i mention reliable? Cons: rust |

Very Reliable Solid Car — A really nice reliable car. Drove very well and the 4WD was fantastic. I would have another one when I need a bigger more practical car, but would go for the Turbo as I cant live with no power! Pros: Very very reliable, 4WD great in all conditions Cons: Needed more power |

Get In, Buckle Up And Shut Up. — The WRX was a bloody amazing car to drive. Reliability wise, clutch burn't out before 70,000km (I was the third owner), gear box popped out of first occasionally, handbrake didn't hold car on a slope and you couldn't adjust it. Diff started clunking and groaning at the end. Spark plugs were $100 for a set of four. No room to work in the engine bay. Seats were standard crappy hard old seats in the early models - not comfortable for long drives. Pros: Performance and handling. A to B at warp speed. Fuel efficient - Gold Coast to Camilla on one tank of juice. Cons: Reliability and cost of repairs. Exhorbitant insurance. |

Good All-rounder — Can't go wrong with a four door saloon, a big boot, 285 BHP, AWD 2.0L Turbo & Won't fall apart Pros: It is the fastest car i've driven so far with 285 BHP, straight line speed is very good and is quite a kick up the arse when the turbo kicks in, very relaxed and easy car to drive fast, good driving postion, great sports seats, brilliant reliablity (if not modified to much), generally it does everything you need a car to do Cons: not the best looking impreza &/or saloon, very light body panels so there easy to damage, does around 15-20 mpg if driven reasonable, 50-50 torque split better if it was rear wheel favoured |

Fun Little Rally Car — This car has good acceleration and power I think that the newer models must be much nicer to drive around. I always thought subarus were nothing special until I drove this car. I was impressed. Owner for 1 years, 0 months Miles Driven per Year:13 |
