Its An All-around Decent Car — ugly car, it gets me from A to B tho, GREAT GAS MILEAGE, slow responce on accel. and braking but fairly decent, easy once u get used to it tho, its fun to drive in general, could be better tho,

Pros: gas mileage

Cons: ugly little thing

'93 Saturn Sl2 Is A Nice Commuter Car. — It's a nice 4 cylinder get around car. I personally don't recommend mine for extended driving, but as a commuter car it's okay. Easy to maintain, cheap parts, easy repair (if doing it yourself), good first car. Wish I paid a little less for it, but otherwise I'm happy with my car.

Pros: Good on gas, cheap to fix.

Cons: It's old, and beat up.

Awesome Car. — I have over 250k on it now. Only big replacement was the tranny. I switched it out from a wrecked one. Its still movin'. My 21 year old used it while in school. He even raced it on the 1/4 mile, stock. My 18 year old has it now.

Pros: Like the energizer bunny. Keeps on going and going and going

Cons: The interior just didn't hold up.

Ecconomizer — Newer car to me, but is great on gas. Pulls around 25+ mpg in city and 40mpg on the highway, it awesome. Nice little car, wish mine had cup holders though.

Pros: Gas mileage. Interior space for a compact car.

Cons: smaller than everything on the road

It Is The Best Everyday Vehicle I've Had. Worth Mentioning. — Excellent engineering. Cheap parts. I replaced the water pump on it in just a couple hours with little effort. Comfortable. It wont impress but it will definitely take you anywhere without having to worry about gas prices. The 1.9 liter DOHC delivers decent power to the front and handling couldn't be better. I've seen mouths open with disbelief in the rearview when they cant catch up.

Pros: Fuel economy. Good handling. Reliable.

Cons: Looks. Age.

Love Hate Relationship — Car was pretty reliable until and transmission when out.

Pros: Put over 200,000 miles on it before the transmission.

Cons: Dead SLOW

Beware: Hidden Costs — This thing was not the best I drove. It had it's ups, but very few compared to the downs.

Pros: Braking, Steering

Cons: Engine, Transmission

A Lot Of Personality... Not A Lote Of Anything Else. — I liked this little saturn but everything about it was cheap. By the time it got into my hands it had plenty of issues. It would overheat if it sat at idle (or ran below 20mph on a hot day), it burned oil, and the transmission would violently slam into gears once the revs got high enough. It handled well and was kind of fun in winter, but it was lack-luster in nearly every arena. It is now sitting behind a shed at my parents house. It still runs (even after being flooded once by my sister) but has FAR too many issues to be a daily driver.

Pros: Solid but comfortable suspention... almost sporty.  Doors don't dent.

Cons: Motor, cheap build, bad tranny, would overheat.

The Best Car I Ever Owned — I loved this car. Apart from the body breaking because it is plastic I LOVE the plastic body .. NO RUST. And the engine was great. Got the car for $350 and had it for years. Never died or had a problem except for alternator!

Pros: EXCELLENT CAR

Cons: NONE

1993 Saturn Sc2 — Miss this car... sold it in 99 with only 37,000 miles... baought a year before with 17,000 miles.

Pros: Great style and interior.

Cons: Was an oddity... 1st owner ordered it w/o AC. Only SC2 I know of with no AC.
