Fun. — I simply love kicking this car sideways and blaring through the tunnels of Pittsburgh and the curvy back roads in the country when I am back in Ohio. If anyone wants a cheap fun car, get this one. They are easy to find.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Cheap, easy to work on and upgrade, and fun.

Cons: It is a bit tight for tall people, I am 6'3 and I can only fit in due to the sun roof.

Loving The S13 — I absolutely love the S chassis platform from Nissan. It is one of the best import front engine rear drive vehicle ever made in my opinion and would recommend a drift enthusiast, or even car enthusiast in general purchase one.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Great balance

    Cons: age

S13 Hatch — This car has beautiful weight distribution and I love the fact that the power goes to the rear. Drifting is a dream in this thing. I've got a lightweight Flywheel, 4 puck clutch (no springs) and a couple other bolt ons. It's nutty quick considering the lack of power. I can't really say too much about stock versions as mine isn't very stock. I've modded just about every aspect of the car a little. Gas mileage is great and it's very reliable if you take care of it properly. This car isn't really meant for tall people but it can work. I'm 6'3" so I find it a little awkward while drifting.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Fun, cheap, reliable, cool

Cons: Factory speaker locations are very small so it's difficult to upgrade speakers. E-brake hits you in the leg when used during drifting.

Great Car To Have As A Project, Yet Use As A Daily Driver. — I love this car, it has great handling, acceleration and braking for a car of that year and the price, it is a very sturdy car and I haven't had to replace anything on it, the only thing you got to watch out for is the synchros in the 5 speed transmissions start to wear out when you get 165,000 km or more on the tranny and may need to be replaces. The interior is subtle yet comfy, the back seat isn't very comfortable though, good if you have children. From the outside I get many looks, It depends on the owner though, if they don't take car of there car no matter what car it is, it is going to look like crap, if you take car of this car and make it shine it will really stand out! It is very good on gas and easy to maintain, it may be a bit hard to find parts in the junk yard since there are many enthusiasts but you can find parts. If you have one in well working condition they are awesome to drive, do some suspension, breaks, tires and turbo it, and you will be laughing. Have your own sports car that runs 13's at the track for 10 grand. What a deal.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Fun, cheap, and amazing.

Cons: Transmission synchros? Not a big deal.

240sx... — This car is alright... but it tries too hard to be the sports car its not. I mean come on now, a KA24 is a torquey truck engine. It does have superb handling though, and great gearing, but it lacks power. The best thing about this car is aftermarket support. JDM Silvia/180sx parts are EVERYWHERE. Engine swaps are also a common upgrade. Popular swaps include the JDM SR20DET from the S13,and an RB20/25DET from a skyline. For a begginer drift car, the USDM 240sx is perfect, but don't expect a highway demon or touge monster.

Pros: Aftermarket support, Good handling, Lots of upgrade options

    Cons: Lacks power

S13 240sx — Rear wheel drive, independent rear suspension, torquey, lightweight and fun to drive. Great car for wanting to do sporty driving on a budget. Tremendous aftermarket and available parts make this a great car for an enthusiast who isn't loaded to drive, maintain and have loads of fun with. Popular in drifting and in grip forms of racing make it a wonderful all around car.

    Pros: RWD, Lightweight

Cons: Should have came with SR20DET.
