Good Little Truck — its a 4 cylinder truck so the performance isnt great but it gets good gas milege and itll hold its own and u cant beat it in realiabilty im pretty sure its gonna run forever provided i dont drive it into anything it does have a few squeks and other random sounds but its also got a few years on it so im not suprised other then replacing some brake components every thing else works great except the clutch which i think is original anyways and i drive it hard but thats soon to be fixed if you ever wanna goood little truck which is good on gas and still lots of fun to drive i have to sugest a ford ranger with the five speed manuel

Pros: just a good reliable little truck not to big not to small and enough power to get yourself in trouble

Cons: could use ore power but hey what car couldnt

Nice Little Truck For Two People. — I loved this little truck. Good power from the 4L engine and a pretty capable off roader. Engine started to ping after the warranty ran out though and got rid of it.

Pros: Looks, power, mileage.

Cons: Small

This Is A Pretty Awesome And Capable Little Truck. — This Ranger has done well for all I have trown at it. Th little 4 cylender has done ok so far. I have hauled some very heavy loads with it, and it only has a bumper hitch. This truck in it's particular configuration with the 4 cylender and lite-duty suspension and no towing package is not built fo heavy loads. It even has some decent 4x4 capabilities even though it only 2 wheel drive!

Pros: This truck is perfect for getting around and smalll loads

Cons: Hardley any Towing ability, and Minimal Horsepower and Torque

This Was My Second Car I Got It When It Had 146k On It And It Has 168 On It Now I Love It — my truck is fun and i love it i drive it home from school almost every weekend. i put a cluch in at about 150, the onwer before me got it stuck and fried the cluch, and new tires at the sametime but besides for that it has not ever given me a problem. it is purple and has a topper. i need to replace the shocks soon they are about done in. it is dependable and i am going to drive it till it wont go any more.

Pros: 4.0 v6 5 speed. a futon matress will fit perfictly in the back and it is amazing to sleep in! dependable

Cons: the cigerett lighter is hard to put a cellphone charger in i get about 23 on the highway and if you speed the millage just goes down hill drastically from there i average about 19 in the winter as well

Solid, Well-built Midsize Truck From Top To Bottom — This was my first vehicle. Given it's size, age, and vehicle class, had good acceleration and power with good mileage from the 4.0L V6. I've driven the smaller engine sizes and there's a significant difference between the two. I put about 30,000 miles on it in the 4 or 5 years I had it, and put really worked it, and never had any problems. Not the best mileage or the most power or best looking mid-size in its class, but very solid marks all around.

Pros: Quality mid-size truck with good mileage (for any truck), very very solid and well-built. I never had anything break down on it.

Cons: Suspension was a little stiff, but that may be because it was pushing 100,000 miles on original everything.

93 Ranger — IT was a great truck built solid, this one had a 4.0L V-6 that would get up a move for a light duty truck, great low end gears to help you not get stuck...lost it to a wreck in Laramie Wyoming at WyoTech was "totaled" but i fired it up and drove it back to school...damn good pick-up

Pros: had the power it needed and great low end gears, good gas mileage for a 4wd truck

Cons: frame damage will total them out in a crash at 45

Like It — Have enjoyed and continue to since I purchased my 93 Ranger XLT. Up until now never had any problems. Currently it cranks but won't start and some say it is the ignition modulator and other the timing belt. It has 106K miles and only 68k when purchased.

Pros: Great little truck.

Cons: Wish had a little more hump in the acceleration.
