An Ordinary Looking Car That Was Fun To Drive. — My 220SDi was good on power and excellent at overtaking. The only problem I has was the fan belt tensioner fell off, leaving me with no power steering and once I had emptied the brake reservoir, no power brakes! I was approaching a roundabout at speed when this happened... As for economy, no matter how hard I drove it, I always got about 46mpg. It was comfortable, too. I commuted daily in this car between Manchester and Chesterfield, and enjoyed it!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Performance with economy.

Cons: When Rover went bust, the prices plummetted - I lost a lot when I sold it.

May Not Be The Best Looking, But It Gets The Job Done! — my 2nd rover, bought it with only 1 previous elderly owner, 22,000 miles with fsh. runs extremly well for an 18 year old car, still quite a nippy little engine all in all a very good car :) hoping it will last for a few years yet.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: fuel economy

Cons: nothing so far
