Comfortable Economical Daily Driving And Reliability — Overall its a good travel/daily driver. Lots of space for what it is, nice size trunk and back seat. Leg room in the back isnt so good if your more than 6' tall though. MPG 29.1 Average (I do more highway than city driving) Has a massive fuel tank - 17 US Gals - the largest capacity of any Honda I've owned. The up side is that on a trip you dont have to stop for gas often. Repairs done: Standard stuff really, valve cover gasket, axles after 200k miles, brakes disks, and routine oil changes. Still on stock engine/transmission/clutch and well over 200k miles. Its the F22 engine in this one. What could be better: The car could use a little more power - I can see why the newer models are mostly the V6 engine - once your over 30MPH it pulls pretty good getting on the interstate. from 55MPH to 80MPH its just fine - so highway travel is cake. There is no light to light speed though - it likes smooth starts.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Economical daily driver - 29.1 MPG super low insurance premium

Cons: Needs more power... I can see why the newer models are mostly the V6 engine.

Piece Of Junk Old Ricer — It's as old as I am and still runnin like a champ. Has a K&N intake and custom exhaust but no other performance upgrades cuz I don't want to waste money on it. 250,000 miles stick shift loud as hell and fun to burn out in sometimes but is still slow.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Stick Shift, doesn't burn oil like most old Hondas, still runs after 250,000

Cons: 4 cylinder

A Wise Man Once Said Its More Fun To Drive A Slow Car Fast Than It Is To Drive A Fast Car Slow. —

well it is what it is..... its a family car with a little bit of a sport feel. you can do alot with them but at the end of the day its still a family sedan. as far as the quality factor goes it will last forever with generalized upkeep and as long as you catch the problems before they become major it will do what you want and not give you too much fuss. interior wise they leave alot to be desired, but for a early 90's car you cant do too much better and aftermarket gauges are easy to install so you can get a better feel of what exactly your engine is doing. its a fairly cheap car to drive if it has been maintained just dont expect it to handle like a porsche or accelerate like a old amx. is it fun to drive? yeah that it is, the car itself is very forgiving and wont let you down, its not the fastest thing arround but its got some decent speed if you have the money to put into it and you can get decent handling out of it but it all comes down to what you want vs what you are willing to spend. mine isnt a project car, its a daily driver but that doesnt mean that i havent put decent work into making it faster, but will i put thousands into it like i have some of my other projects? no. at the end of the day make your fast car faster and your comfy car more comfortable. because it will let you appreciate both more.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: well its reliable comfortable has a good ammount of aftermarket without breaking the bank and doesnt cause too many fittament issues and its fairly easy to work on yourself if it has been maintained over the years.

Cons: to avoid it?? well 1 is the rust issues they have but besides that their tanks...

Fast And Fun And A Total Sleeper — Pretty sweet car since I got it for free with an H22 swap from a 94 prelude. Good gas milage and lots of power. The downside is it looks like crap cause it is rusty and has only one windshield wiper.

Pros: fast and fun with the manual.

Cons: you look poor driving it

It's The Best Daily Driver I've Ever Owned. — On the performance side it could be better. It is a Honda, after all. But the build quality and reliability of this car is what makes it shine. Despite the mid-range performance and wagon design (which is well executed, by the way), it is still a very fun car to drive and the manual transmission version is has a lot of pep in daily traffic.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Storage space, Honda reliability and residual value

Cons: If you don't like wagons or hatchbacks it's not the car for you.

The Booger — The Booger is his name and yes it is a male car. Don't ask me how that happened, but it did. He has a need for speed aside from the shaking when I get over 60 he is quite the champ. 290,000 miles on him and runs like a champ.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: I save more gas than you.

Cons: Uh, yeah your probably is a little cuter.

It Is Hard To Get Rid Of Because It Is So Reliable. — This car is really old and dirtyyyy. But hey, it starts up everyday and the gas is cheap! This makes it very hard to get rid of because of Honda's extreme reliability. It always gets me where I need to go. However it doesn't have but one airbag and that means it isn't all that safe. It is also pretty small compared to some of the MONSTERS on the road nowadays.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Economic

Cons: It's Age

Amanda - My 1992 Accord — It's a Honda, what can I say? It starts everytime, runs like a champ, and gets great gas mileage! I have had to do some minor repair work to it, but nothing major. Only wish it didn't burn so much oil. 210,000 miles and counting!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Honda reliability, excelent build quality, excellent gas mileage!

Cons: Burns oil, due to age some things have started to break, wish it was the EX model...

Buy This Car. — I like the reliability, gas mileage, and comfort the car provides. The performance of the car is average, although better than a Toyota Camry of the same year. The car is roomy without being too large. In general, it is fun and practical.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The number one reason to buy is reliability. Number two is gas mileage.

Cons: There are no major reasons to avoid buying an Accord.

30 Mpg's — about 30 miles per gallon, brake fluid runs out fast, always has a random sound, ugly maroon interior, ugly tan exterior, It perfect for the long road trips thanks to the high mpg's, overall a decent car for a grandma

Pros: no other choice lol

Cons: no air conditioning, 196,000 miles, windows roll down slowly if at all
