'92 Ford Ranger — The acceleration on this truck is horrid, as well as the braking to it, although the handling is very nice (given the low speed this retains, it's no surprise). This truck has needed a transmission fix, among several other problems, yet has held up after all this time and all that work. It's definitely a trooper. The interior is basic for a truck, and the exterior is unappealing. The gas mileage is average, and maintenance required is high. It is, on some occasions a nuisance to drive, but I find it fun at times. This vehicle also has intrinsic value to me, in that my father owned and drove it everyday to work for many years. I would recommend this as a starter vehicle, but nothing more at this point in time with better trucks on the market.

Pros: Average Vehicle

Cons: High Maintenance, Repairs Needed, Low Performance

A Good Beginner's Truck. — A basic interior keeps the price down on these light trucks, but the styling is decent for a cheap truck. The exterior is not the prettiest thing to look at, however it has it's charm to a truck enthusiast.

Pros: Decent milage for a truck, very reliable

Cons: Not enough power, space

My First Car.... Exploded — it was pretty cool for a first car but the fuel lines were dry rotted, so it exploded...

Pros: reliable(if its hasnt been sitting forever), good first car

Cons: blew up, exploded

Nice Truck But The Rust Brings Down The Looks And Value. — This is a great truck it is reliable and fun to drive in the mud and snow. I have put many upgrades on the truck and it look great other than the rust.

Pros: Very reliable

Cons: Sucks down the gas
