Frank The Tank — I got this truck as a gift from my hard working mother when I was 16. I didnt know much about cars at the time. We talked the deler down because of the tranny fluid on the air filter.......it was a K&N......notice a problem here? lol. it is now in the process of being restored Pros: Almost everything. Cons: No Power windows |

Good Little Truck — the 4.3 has plenty of power for whatever you need, and still gets just under 20 mpg in the city. body wise, i have the two tone blue and grey paint. the gray is known to peel, mine isnt looking so hot right now. the truck itself is pretty strong, i havent had any problems with things breaking on me. overall, it is a good little truck. Pros: good power. handles well. tows well too for the size. Cons: two tone paint known to peel. |

Best 2wd Pickup — A 1992 pickup bought as my first vehicle. Long box, 5 speed, power steering, A/C, crank windows, regular locks, 4.3 liter v-6, two tone blue. What else can I say about it other than the fact that I miss it. Had 100,000 miles on it when I got it. Made it out and back to Wyoming from Minnesota, brothers ford couldn't even make the trip once one way. Transmission liked to jump out of 3rd gear towards the end. Don't ever remember putting any parts in it in the 4 years I had it, other than oil and tires. Trying to find another 92 s10 like this one. Pros: 5 speed transmission, 4.3 litre v-6, longbox, s10 Cons: standard cab, one wheel wonder, s10 |

Sigh — The only thing I don't like is that it is a 2 door model. The engine is sound. It's only a 4 banger but does handle pretty well. No major problems yet. Great on the gas mileage. Would like some better speakers. Since its a Chevy parts are pretty cheap. Overall not too bad of a deal Pros: Not a bad truck for a single guy Cons: Needs more room |

Overall A Great Car — My first car purchase. Served me well. No real mechanical problems. Good for the purpose it served, though I quickly found I could have used and extra set of seats more than i ever used the pickup bed. Pros: Good car, reliable, decent mileage. Cons: None I can really think of. |

The Most Beautiful Black Truck With A Red Camper Shell — The truck always starts right up...well after I replaced the starter in the middle of January. The air does blow cold, although I haven't had the need for cold air due to the global cooling happening lately. Pros: Built in theft deterrent: Red camper shell from a Ford Ranger on a black S10. Keeps the thieves away. Cons: No power or 4WD, likes to get stuck in snow storms on small inclines and hold up traffic |
