1991 Toyota Celica GT Coupe FWDReview

Toyota Celica Gti-16 — I bought this car due to Toyota's reputation for reliability. The only thing that did go wrong was a problem with the starter motor. I added some 15 inch TSW Stealths to replace the standard alloy wheels, but wish I had gone for 17 inch ones. Performance wasn't bad either. Expensive to service though. Pros: Reliability, stylish Cons: Red paint constantly needed attention to stop it going pink, service costs ![]() Looking for a Used Celica in your area?CarGurus has 81 nationwide Celica listings starting at $3,390. |

91 Celica Gt — A good solid car. Picked it up from a family memeber so the price was good. Toyota has had some failures with their paint on older cars, which is cleary shown on my car. The car is not completely lacking power. This car has lasted a long time with out needing much repair. It is a good looking now even with today's standards. Pros: Good looking, reliable, fun, Cons: lack of power, old paint |

Toyota Celica Sx 1991 — Its a bit slow with a natural 4 but it is the nicest looking affordable car you can buy. built really well and will last forever. Handles well enough but really needs more power to pull it around the corners. Lots of fun and a recommended drive. If i was going to get another Celica i would be getting a GT4 instead. Pros: styling toughness Cons: power |

Celica At180 — Just look at the car. It's drive just as good. Only think i can find is that i want a little more power. No cost what so ever. It runs and runs. Looks like new. People often ask how old it is and they are always stund. Because it is a timeless model Pros: Great car, nothing to complain about Cons: Non, just needs a litttle more power |

My Celi — 5spd makes 140hp seem way more. Cruising at 40 in 5th then dropping to 2nd to blow past late-model Monte Carlos and Grand Prix makes driving worth it. Blast to drive, even though the rust is creeping up and appearance is so-so. 170,000 miles? An American car would be toast, mine still gets my blood going. Best $1700 I've ever spent hands down. Pros: acceleration, handling, value Cons: aesthetics, showing its age |

Celica Gts Beef — it looks good, but lacks power, and recommend to go with the all-trac or GT4 models to have a little fun as for quality, its a good old toyota, so it runs good gas mileage is so so it's kinda fun to drive because its kind of a sports car Pros: looks, engine toughness Cons: power |

Woohoo! — My Celica's name is Angelica. She is amazing. I got her from my aunt & uncle for my 18th birthday. It used to be my aunt's car, but she just never drove it, so she decided to give/sell it to me :D Pros: It handles SOOO WELL! I don't think I've driven a car better suited for me :] It's also a stick, which basically means that my car wins at life. Cons: The trunk is broken, there's no air conditioning, and it revs really high on the freeway and it's really loud. Oh well, everything else about Angelica is awesome. |

I Love This Car — I bought this car on Christmas leave from the army. I drove it a lot, the handling is amazingly responsive and the interior was in good shape. When I get back home I will be putting a body kit on it. Owner for 0 years, 5 months Miles Driven per Year:4,000 Pros: Good looking car and nice interior Cons: Limited trunk space for speakers and amp, also problems with the braking system due to a bad master cylinder |
