Slicktop — I miss this car to death! My first of many Z32's. This beauty was dubbed "the slicktop", as it was the hardtop model 300zx. Even though this z was a non turbo, she handled very well, and never had any mechanical issues. To this day i regret letting this car go... Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: reliable, fun, stylish. Cons: No boost, but maybe thats a positive too? |

An Awsome Car With The Fuel Mileage Of A Plane. — Its a great car for someone who can afford the premium gas and the cost of repairs / maintenance. Its very fast 0-100 in 5.5 seconds. Its alot of fun but it comes at a big cost. Just the rubber on the car is $1,600. If you blow a turbo its gunna cost you $7,000. $14,000 for the twin turbo. Mines a twin-turbo so im a little carefull. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Fast and fun and sexy Cons: horrible gas mileage, expensive and confusing to fix. |

A Car Ahead Of Its Time — Sweet car from the exterior to the interior. The interior puts almost all of the car's controls at the driver's fingertips- Air conditioning and heat, wipers, hazards, almost everything, but it doesn't seem cluttered. They're a lot more rare than your average mustang, so there's a lot more respect and pride that goes along with it. I love the response that everything has. Push the gas, instant-response. The brake, immediate response. Amazing. You won't ever fall out of love for this car. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Classic good looks and fun to drive Cons: Electrical problems |

The Car I Want — This is my dream car, the twin turbo is insane. The look of it is amazing . if i could upgrade the turbos and new exhaust new intake that would be enough for a fast car. the 300zx aka fairylady Z is the car I want and if anyone wants to give one away ill take it lol plz and thank you Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: everything Cons: rare and expensive |

I Love It — seems to be plagued with electrical problems but once they get ironed out its a phenomenal car. handling is great pick up is great top end is out of this world. it extremely fun to drive and can give years of pleasure to the owner. many modifications are available and relatively inexpensinve. engine bay is extremely cramped. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: fast, fun, great for experienced drivers Cons: if you dont know how to work on it dont buy it. |

Ahead Of Its Time — The only downside to this car is the cost of parts. Performance could be better, but that's what my TT engine is being put in for. I've been daily driving it since 2003 and I have yet to get tired of it. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Quality, unique. Cons: Gas mileage :) |

Gutsy — Well for lack of a better picture because my old hard drive broke this is the back of her along with my mustang. I loved this car. It was lightning fast, little 2 seater, that put you back in your seat and i wish i would have never sold her. It seemed like a good idea at the time because i rarely ever took her out. She gathered alot of dust and boy when i did drive her it was always a good time... Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: small, quick, comfy, handled mint, and girls loved it, that always helps... Cons: expensive to fix, even the brakes you needed a special lathe that attached directly to the wheel hub to resurface the rotors. LAME. |

It's The Best, More Or Less. — Performance - braking and suspension are that of a TT, which is incredible for a stock car, especially for the early 90s. With race pads and coilovers, i'd say it's track ready! As for acceleration/speed, the NA is nice, but the TT is where the real power and its potential are. I plan on a TT swap. Build quality - as long as they're maintained properly with the proper Nissan (or reliable performance aftermarket) parts, they're solid. If NOT, then not so much. Treat her right and she'll return the favor. Don't cheap out. You can buy the car for cheap, but maintaining the car is far from it. "Cheap, Fast, Reliable - You can only pick two." Appearance, BEAUTIFUL! Would be that much better with a '99 model front end, taillights, and a 90-93 TT spoiler. Fun factor - Definitely a fun car to drive. Hard to work on, but worth it when you're done. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Overall performance and enjoyment. Cons: Lack of mechanical skills and lack of money. |
