Great Daily Driver Car — acceleration-great at start brake- good enough but not anything special handling-great a slight under steer but great control changed the clutch and r12 conversion for A/C Interior- for being a 91 it is pretty good maintenance has been okay but no one really wants to work on such an old car gas milage is alright i fill up every other week but gets pricey when it olnly take 91-93 octane overall this is a great car to drive i love pulling up letting people's jaw drop when they see it and great for drifting

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: attention grabber, durable, fast

Cons: the engine is packed in so no room for any mods

Worth It — 1991 300zx- expensive to maintain, hard to work on, fun to drive. The twin turbo version is the only way to go, it handles great has great power, acceleration and top end. Only downfall is the weak synchros and cost of maintainence.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's fast and Fun

Cons: expensive to maintain

It Goes Vroom Vroom — This is the slicktop model of the 300ZX which means it weighs 3150 lbs wet. If it were to be twin turbo swapped which I plan to do eventually it would weigh 3200 lbs, giving it a better p/w ratio than every fanboy's favorite car, the Supra

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: because it's fun to drive, sexy, and has lots of potential

Cons: If you don't have patience for tight engine bays

Amazing —

the Fairlady Z is a great car especially if you want a fast, quick, and turbocharged car for a reasonable price. the main thing i like about this car is how its made for the driver. just from the dash and gauge cluster alone nothing in this car is made to make the passengers ride better, the only thing the passenger can access is the radio. another great thing is this car can slice through corners like a hot knife through butter. i can garuntee many people look over this car because of the skylines and supras, but they problem with that is people try to sell supras for waaayy to much and skylines are illegal according to the DOT. Another car people will go to before the Z is the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 all because its AWD, AWS, and V6TT but im hear to tellyou its a fat cow and the performance and power is terrible and not worth it. Now the Z you get a TT V6 positioned to give it a FR MR feel as Nissan puts it, plus with how low and wide the stance of the car is it makes it perfect for those curvy back road cruises. plus the Targa Tops are great for nice sunny days. ill end finally on Maintance, for how many miles on this cars body (205,000 to be exact) i've had to do very little such as just replace the brake pads. the engine compartment though is a different story it is very very tight in there which makes working on it a bit of a pain in the ass, but if you dont do anything stupid you will rarely have to visit under the hood. plus modifications are very simple for this car, even an engine swap for example, i plan on doing a RB26DETT swap (when i procure a beater during the project, and 15 grand or close), now this project is actually relatively easy because the engine bolts right up to the tranny and you have to do few things to the engine compartment to make the engine fit in nice and smoothly. Therefor if you want a fast car, for a reasonable price, i would definetly gor for the 300ZX Twin Turbo model.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fast, Nimble, Targa Tops :)

Cons: lack of airbags

It's About Damn Time I Bought One — well, The good = 300hp twin turbo 2 seat rocket. The bad = no tilt wheel. This car was used, and needs some tlc. It can easily be brought back stock condition and I have been ordering parts since the day i bought it.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: speed

Cons: speed

Worth Every Penny — Decent speed for a 3600 lb car. Good braking. Exotic looks. Expensive maintenance. A joy to drive! My girl sure does look good in it!Gas mileage sucks for a small V6 also. Gets tons of looks while driving around town.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Bad mamajama

Cons: To expensive to keep running

A Must Have Classic. — I love the looks, it is so exotic. The car turns many heads on it's styling. The performance really needs some work, it's kinda why they made a twin turbo. The car's 4000 pound weight is too heavy for it's 3 liter V6. At least it makes about 220 horse power. Any type of engine work on the car is tough since the engine bay is a tight fit for all of it's mechanics. I had to replace the alternator and it was a 4 hour job.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The looks.

Cons: Engine bay work.
