Omg — ths car and i have been through a lot, all motor, nitrous, turbo, blowing up, and now new motor and turbo setup . that has been being put together for about two years now, definitely a monetary commitment. no lie. so be careful lol Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: cause it rarely happens, lol Cons: $$$ |

Wagons Are Hot! — ok, its old and has some rust cause its 20 years old. but its a Honda. its has slow acceleration but once its going fast it stays going fast! but going fast means nothing if you cant stop. the brakes are good but fade a bit if you work them hard. ive upgraded the suspension, and restored it to like new as well as adding a rear sway bar. this car is easy to maintain cause its a civic. this one burns oil but still gets near 30 MPG. this car is wicked fun to drive!! especially after putting the rear sway bar in. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: its a HONDA civic thats 4WD!! Cons: what? |

Good Mpg, Low Cost To Keep Runing, Good Runing Cars. — I bought this car in 2008 mostly for the gas mileage, and im glad i did. it has saved me much money on gas. it gets about 36 mpg on the highway with my ave speed of 75-80, i think that is good, considering the hills and high winds of Wyoming. in the cold winters with -20F temps, it all ways started and drove fine. it has 162,000 miles on it. no oil leaks or any other fluid leaks. the only repair i did was change the timing belt. it was still working fine, but its recommended to change them every 50,000 miles or so, before they slip so not to damage the engine. with the 4 speed ato trans, its not much power from the 1.5 sohc, but for the most part it holds its speed fine. great run around car, low maintenance, with good mpg, and they run for a long time if you keep up on maintenance. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: good mpg, good runing Cons: upgrade the stock radio :) |

Wonderful Car...reliable And Fast...what More Can You Ask For? — weighing at 900 kilos this EF9 coupled with the B16A VTEC engine is simply astounding. this is one of the 1st few cars that honda rolled out from the factory with its legendary VTEC powerplant twenty years ago and its still found in many civics across the globe today. This car has excellent power to weight ratio Due to its lightweight chassis coupled with the powerful VTEC engine. thanks to the reduced weight and wonderful suspension setup(which are double whishbones BTW) this car just wants to be driven hard. Having this car for like eight months now all i can say that everything is well...the B series engines are well known to be bulletproof but of course if u exercise the common sense of proper maintainence that is...build quality...well..what is there to complain when u're driving a twenty year old car? remember that its built back in the late 80s!! Bottom line is this: this car was one of the forefathers that Spawned the never dying breed of civics that u see around today and owning a part of that history....is a joy itself. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: cos aryton senna used to own one of these and loved it!!! Cons: Cos u simply dont appreciate cars |

Such A Bad Little Car, Not What I Would Recommend. — For an old car it looks nice and drives okay. The negative is that mine pretty much died on me at 100,000 miles. Good gas mileage and fun to drive until it breaks down again and again. Give it TLC and it'll b a great car to drive. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Good pick up for an old car. Cons: Breaks down a lot. |

Love It To Death — Don't sleep on it. Its Quick. There isnt alot you can buy for it, but majority of the stuff is straight from Japan. Amazing car, Reliable when built right. Can't do a budget build with this, cause you'll get budget results. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Fun And light Cons: Not enough parts |
