Great Performance Value For The Dollar, Cult Car Follwing. — just a beautiful sleeper modern day american muscle car. clean lines, big time torque and power. beautiful, foolish driving inducing exhaust and engine note. rally great fun and a blast to drive. reliable, durable mechanical parts. the power you feel instinaniously as soon as your right foot touches the accelarater.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: power, clean, cool styling

Cons: sucks in rain and snow, cheap interior materials

Been In Our Family Since New. — This car was bought new by my wife's brother. He gave it to our daughter in 2003. She used it until 2009 when she gave it to her younger brother who is now the primary driver. I don't drive it or ride in it too often, it is hard on my old body. It has had one repaint in the original color, one new top, & the cloth interior has been redone in black leather. The drivetrain has only had routine maintanence. It currently has 130000 miles. The steering rack is starting to get some play in it & the valve cover gaskets are leaking. Overall has been a very good car.

Pros: No major problems yet. Runs well, looks very good after all these years. Has served us well.

Cons: Cramped interior & rides like an old Mack truck.

My Classic Ride — I've owned this car since 1998. It's got the 2:79 gears, so it could use better gears, and it's showing it's age. The paint is fading, a few small things have broken, but overall it's a reliable car with lots of power and a nice sound.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Classic 5.0 power

Cons: With age it needs more care.

Loud, Occasionally Obnoxious, Fast For A Dailt Driver, — Far from stock and falling apart.. Bad on gas and difficult to drive. Very expensive parts malfunctioning or set up improperly. Overall, this car was a major pain in my rear, but it was without a doubt the fastest and most exhilarating car to drive that I've ever owned.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: The car is very quick for what it is....the long list of bolton parts was intended to sit atop  a 331cid stroker engine but when the second engine in the car wiped a cylinder, after a few months I was still maxed out on my budget and was forced to run a junkyard shortblock with cast pistons and not so much as a rebuild.  With all that being said, this mismatched combination ran 13.24 at 109.56mph launching off of the foot-brake at 1,200 rpms because the line pressure was too high which in turn tightened the converter up.  So, the major pros of the car were

Cons: Forced to run a cast piston bottom-end which resulted in a very mis-matched top.  Terrible paint.  Stripped down interior.  Power steering was eliminated but the power rack was left intact and drained of fluid.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: drives fantastic and easy to upgrade anything on it.

Cheap, Reliable. Fast. Handles Well. Fuel Economy. The Only Car That Can Do Just About Everything. — You cannot beat a foxbody mustang. They are inexpensive, reliable, have excellent performance and a great look. Even fuel economy is exceptional. Cornering and handling are tremendous. This car is a blast to drive. Lots of power and torque. 25-27mpg on the highway with an automatic!!! Never left me stranded anywhere. Great sound and power and an excellent street presence. Cops respect you too.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Its the best bang for the buck AND its an absolute blast to drive.

Cons: None

My Car — I like this car a lot the reason i bought it is cause it is the same model as my first car not the fastest on the road but its not the slowest either alot of people will recognize this car because it is the first car to ever make it to classic status before the twenty year term had finished all in all i would say it is a great car

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: i love it

Cons: gas mileage

It Looked Great, Ran Well, But Just Couldn't Cut It In The Mustang World. — Okay. This car was an impulse buy, and a HUGE mistake. Whoever thought that putting a 4 cylinder engine in a car meant to be a muscle car, should probably be shot. Just saying. I paid $2,000 for this car. It looked AWESOME. perfect interior, good paint, nice color, great lowered stance. Looked pretty mean. then you get in and start it up and wanna cry. i bought this car with the intentions of dropping a modded 306 in it, but after I blew up the 4 cylinder, and the failed engine swap, I figured it was best to get rid of this car. If you are on the highway, and you need to pass someone, forget about it. It won't happen in this car. No power, low nor high, had a lot of vacuum leaks, just had a bad experience with this car over all.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: To look good, and save gas.

Cons: Everything. 4 cyls don't belong in muscle cars.

I Love My Car:) — Performance- its a 2.3L 4 cyl automatic. (on a 5.0L body though). Handles and brakes excellent. Not super fast or anything to brag about but I love the car anyways. Build Quality- the car was smashed on the front end when i got it. I've straighened it out and done some body work, the quality is excellent for the age of the car and it being a rebuilt. Appearance- Black with light pink racing stripes and pink molding, sun roof, black interior, altezza tailights, clear headlights. Fun Factor- This car is SUPER fun to drive! it turns everyones head!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Black and pink, turns everyones head, allover a fun car

Cons: i would never avoid this car!
