1991 Chevrolet S-10 Extended Cab RWDReview

Project Dime — THis is my project. The original engine is still in there, and it's running great. Very fun to drive, the 5-speed tranny coupled with the low-geared possitraction diff makes for lots of burned tires. I got to pretty my truck up soon. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Powerful 4.3, 22 MPG Cons: Rust. Lots of rust. |

Excellent Truck — Fast for a lil truck but needs a paint job Lol but is great on gas and its the same year i was born only 18 Years old. I love it nice little lightweight truck. Has 2 rust spots on the top but it'll do Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Great on gas |

Would Own One Again — I loved this truck and kinda wish i still had it esp when it snowed out or going off road with 4x4. Was easy to work on. Hauled stuff great. I hauled bricks, mulch, pool table, furnature. Long bed came in handy with a couch. Didn't need many repairs. Gas mileage was decent for a truck 19-21 city 27 highway. People always thought it was a nice truck. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Cheap and hauls great Cons: small cab |

Great Vehicle — This is my truck. Was my first and i still own it now. The truck itself is wonderful. I have never really had any problems with it and it has always ran when i have needed it to. It is very dependable and rides farely smooth. Great decent gas mileage and has a little zoom if you stick your foot in it. Its my pride and joy....i have done alot of work to fix it up and keep the body in great shape and take care of it. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Great mpg, Great power when you need it. Very Very dependable. Cons: Little small, only carries two people, |

S10s Are Awesome — this truck is the best it handles awesome and accelerates pretty fast it has required repairs but the build is solid for a truck that is most likely older than most people on here its pretty cheap because i picked it up for pretty much nothing and its pretty fun to drive thus you should all be jealous Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: you cant drive it its mine Cons: the best reason to avoid this is the fact that it hurts to be hit by so if you see it comming towards you avoid it |

Like A Rock — Awsome little truck with an attitude. hasen't failed me yet, the guy i bought it from let it sit for 5 years and it started at the first turn of the key. only problem was with the body rust, but i fixed that. the interior is nice and easy to clean. i can go to the moto cross park and have the interior looking like new after a little vaccuming. handles great and the 5 speed gives you some nice acceleration. very cheap to own. paid 600 for it and only put about 700 in it (mostly after market parts though) and did i mention that its a blast to drive. Pros: easy on gas, fun to drive Cons: rust |
