91 V8 Rs Convertible — I've has my car for a few years now. when i bought it, it was sitting in the grass for 2 years with 110K miles. After doing a full tune up and changing the fuel pump the car ran great and hasnt stopped since. The only bad thing i can say for this car is that it goes through alternators so i bought one with a lifetime warrantee =) Owner for 3 years, 0 months Miles Driven per Year:11,000 Pros: Very reliable and fun to drive. "Like a rock" Cons: eats alternators for breakfast. Ga$. |

The Most Aggressive 3rd Gen Camaro Z28 Made. 91/92 — I Loved My 1991 Z28, with the L98 TPI, and the 4L60 Four-Speed Auto. Although it was a Fast Stock Motor @ 240Hp, GM would NOT match up that motor with a Manual tranny. I actually heard that the 305/W the Five Speed, was faster in the 1/4 mile than the 5.7l Auto. Owner for 1 years, 6 months Miles Driven per Year:15,000 Pros: Great Looking Car, A Real Head-Turner. You could also get many "Bolt-On" Accessory's, that could raise your Hp an Easy 100 points. I miss Mine... Cons: The automatic transmission, couldn't take a Beating, I had to get one built every 8-10 thousand miles. The Famous Door banging over bumps, due to heavy PW motors. The Exh. System was Terrible, Thats is something I with that GM would have Fixed. The motor always ran Very Hot, After-market fans and new Temp sensor's will correct that problem. |

Very Stylish And Riliable Is Parts Are Needed — I have a 91 rs with the little 3.1 tpi injected. I am impressed with the little motor. I did add a small turbo of 9 psi. out of a mits. Also a custom exhaust and and some routing of the cooling system for the turbo. Overall the engine runs great. I have approx 180,000 miles on the car and about 40,000 on the motor and trans. I have a jet chip for the car and centerline rims. Also the heads vere rebuilt, evereything else is stock. Top speed governed by the chip is approx 125 mph. Fast enough to get a ticket. Hp is approx 225, and torque somewhere arround the same. Pretty good for a 3.1. The only thing I dislike about the car is the dash, all of the 3rd gen car dashes seem to crack? Put a dash mat on it. As far as suspension the rear end is somewhat loose, but considering it is a rear wheel dirve. Overall the car is an everday driver in winter and summer, and fun to drive. Is Fast For A 23 Year Old Car — it has a 5.7 l motor with the 700 trans and the b/w rear end so in it,s day it was pretty cool didn't have the cash then only 15.000 looking at some older vets next Toy second childhood Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
Pros:
TPI Injection easy to maintain 16/20 MPG Cons: DOESN'T Like stop& go traffic |

My Collector Car. Prices Are Going Up On Gen. 3 Camaros. — This is my collector car. It has only 16,000 miles and is in mint condition. You can't have it. I might not even let you look at it, let alone touch it! I would not sell this car unless prices rise in the future, which they most likely will. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Everything about this car is great. Cons: There are no negatives about this car |
