'91 Camaro - Good Car, But Pretty Loose — I bought my '91 Chevrolet Camaro RS primarily as a commuter car that would get me to and from work quickly. (I had a bad habit of waking up late.) The performance of the V6 engine was adequate even though the Camaro was heavier than it should have been for a V6. The handling seemed loose; an upgrade to the tires, wheels, struts and springs were a necessity for high speed turns. OVERALL in stock form it was a good car, however upgrades were positively necessary for any kind of performance needed.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Engine Power, room & comfort

Cons: Handling was loose, but easily upgraded

Muscle Car To Be Had! — I loved this car, a show stopper, to be sure. Fast, sleek and gorgeous. A muscle car to beat all others. Fun to drive and terrible in the snow, but I loved it. Becoming disabled had me sell it! Broke my heart!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun

Cons: Bad in the snow

I Will Never Sell This Car... — When it runs, it runs really well... It's fast (not as fast as a Z28 but, still fast). Gas is expensive to keep the tank full. I love driving it because it is fast but, it still needs some work to stay on the road.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It's Performance

Cons: Sometimes the battery will be dead

This Is A Decent Car, Built Poor And Expencive, But Fun To Drive, — A decent car, hard to keep running for more than 2 weeks without putting 500 into it. had to change the fuel injectors 3 times in the last 12 weeks. Fun to drive though, and very sporty. A good first car, or project car if you're rich.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Looks, Performance, handeling

Cons: mantence cost, durability

I Love The Way It Loks Souns And Drives — over all it has great breaking, handling and acceleration and on top of all that it looks good. If u like mucle cars u would like to own this one it is a bit of a fixerup but well worth it.

I'm 52 Now And Still Enjoy My Cars! — My 1991 RS with a cross fire fuel injected v-6 was great. i bought it used and promised too give it too my son when he turned 16.i drove the car for 8 years! my son now owns a 1994 Z28 LT1 and a 2001 ss! he takes great pride in the cars! I drive a Chrysler 300C but still miss my electric blue 91RS.

Pros:    loved everything from the gas mileage and the dependability

Cons:    electric fuel pumps are in the gas tank which is somewhat pricey too replace

Sweeeeet, sweeet Car — A great car...I have a dark blue 1991 RS model with the auto,305 tbi,and 242k on it.Its never been rebuilt and is not rotten since it came from texas. It has more then enuff power to blow Bemers,'stangs and others off the road and barly uses gas 25-31 mpg.Mine needs paint and a vavle job since theres a little bit of puff at start up,other wise its the best car I have ever owned.Got it from my dad like my old pick up and its been great to me

Pros: 305 power and enconmy, looks,JBL speakers, always starts with 242k on a unrebuilt engine

Cons: Paint faded, puff from vavle guides, milage isnt getting lower,Cant bring my self to drive it in winter

1991 Camaro Rs, A Great American Ride — The overall performance of the Camaro is amazing, however it could use a little more under the hood. The car has great brakes, and handles like a dream. The build quality is good, but it has the same squeaks and rattles of other american muscle cars. My car will get 16/26 MPG with the 305 T.B.I. V8 which i consider excellent. This car is amazing to drive, people that have not driven one do not understand.

Pros: V8, excellent handling, comfortable for 2 people

Cons: squeaks and rattles, leaky T-Tops, cop magnet
