My Baby! — If it wasn't for all the work that I had to do it would have been a keeper. I will get another one soon.

Pros: Ahead of its time, powerful, exciting, well crafted, comfortable

Cons: Expensive. 18 years old, and to buy OE parts... Ouch, warehouse fees are really bad when the car isn't in production anymore.

Mine? Fixer Upper. — The Nissan 300zx is everything you could as for in a Sports car. The engine, 225hp on the non Turbo, and 300+hp on the Twin Turbo, 4 wheel disc brakes, and the solid suspension gives you performance to spare. The interior is clean and comfortable, but still manages to retain the sporty look and feel that the luxury cars all seem to be lacking. The exterior has a sleek look that turns the heads of all those you pass by, and with this car, you can pass almost anyone!

Pros: Fast, Manuverable, Good looking, Comfortable, and Easy on the gas bill.

Cons: Ticket Magnet if you have a lead foot, and they no longer make parts for these cars.

Twin Turbo Would Be Better. — I have only had the car since this year, but so far it is amazing. The two seaters don't have a whole lot of room, but that isn't the reason you buy the car. There is also a lot of road noise from the rear wheel wells. If you want a fast, reliable car that isn't too costly, I definetly recommend.

Pros: For a non-turbo car, very quick.  Looks sexy.  T-tops.

Cons: Not the greatest mpg's.  Can get you some big speeding tickets.

Attention Getter — the 300zx is a great bargain for the performance you get. Expensive exotic looks at a fraction of the cost. Great all around street performer. Handles even better with aftermarket suspension.

Pros: Still attractive even in 20th century. Lots of aftermarket accessories available

Cons: High maintenance costs

Not Your Average Car & Not For Your Average Driver. — Maybe when I bought this car it wasn't the right thing to do but the deal was irresistible. who knows when I would be able to really afford one of these bad boys. Any way this is not a car for any one who is like me and in college. You will need dem thousands just to do anything with this car. However, if you do get your hands on this car you will find it hard to let it go.

Pros: Braking, handling, acceleration, exterior, interior, T-tops

Cons: Fuel econ., not a winter car, expensive to maintain

Still A Fast Car By Todays Standards For Not Being A "supercar" — Even though it is old, still VERY fun to drive, lots of modifications available to take advantage of newer technology.

Pros: Real responsive and quick. lots of buildable potential. If you are a "grease monkey"
then you'll love this car

Cons: given age of car have to put lots of work into it now to bring it up to date

My Baby For The Last 7 Years. — Even when the 300zx was launched back in 1990 and I was just a young wipper snapper it was the car I wanted. 10 years later I could actually afford one. Put a huge amount of effort and cash into this car. A superb example and always a pleasure to drive. Gave outstanding comfort, performance and reliabilty when I drove her the 3500KM across Canada.

Pros: Performance,

Cons: thirsty

Ninja — Ran well when i first had it and was pretty quick. brakes always were an issue would squeak n such. interior was coming apart slowly but surely. other than that i loved it. ttops were great in the summer had an awesome sound system and people always asked if it was an 06 07 etc LOL.

Pros: TTOPS, RWD, looks awesome, decent engine, awesome interior and the most comfortable seats.

Cons: sucks in snow, time consuming to work on

The 300zx Is A Dance; It's A Song; It's Rolling, Roaring Automotive Art. — Timeless looks, unparalleled performance, handles like a dream, comfortable ride - drives like a luxury sports car. "The 300ZX is a dance; it's a song; it's rolling, roaring automotive art. There is no color that doesn't suit it. There is no mood-lifting chemical it can't replace." - Automobile Magazine

Pros: Almost perfect.

Cons: The stock brakes don't hold up too well if you've put built up your engine.
