1990 Montero- was driving on to freeway, as accelerating began making loud clicking sound, then losing power. Finally, car just dies and would not start again

Future Pre-runner — Great car. Parts are a little hard to find for it if you want anything after market. good thing is that it has the same engine, tranny, and frame as a Toyota pickup so you can take parts for one of them and throw it on this. They'll go where ever you want them to. I've taken mine down multiple four wheeler trails. Has decent power when everything is running right. I plan to turn it into a pre-runner once i get my diesel mechanic certification and start making some money.

Pros: goes anywhere

Cons: to top heavy, but i plan n changing that.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: 4x4

Cons: the clutch went out
