She Drank Fuel And Was Loud, But Wasn't Afraid Of Any Thing. — This truck lived a HARD life. I was the third owner and the previous owners had used it to tow a lot. The transmission gave out but not due to quality just over use. The truck was solid and gave you that feeling of operating a tank. The 4x4 made it plenty off road capable and once it had the new tranny there wasn't anything that could phase it. After 19 years of service the electrical system started going haywire and I couldn't afford to keep up with it. All in all though a great truck that served me well.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: You need a rugged horse of a vehicle

Cons: upkeep and gas

This Truck Is A Tank And Will Not Let You Down, No Matter What You Put It Through — My truck has the 302 in it, plus its stick, so its amazing taking off the line. It is 20 years old, so it has several leaks, but as long as you stay on top of it, its all good. I love driving it. Its pretty beast and can pull out trucks that are twice its size. Gas mileage is obviously the biggest disadvantage. The only other one is the locking hubs having to be manually turned, but I can live with that.

Pros: Power, Beastness, Size, Headturner

Cons: Loose...especially when wet, gas, age

90 F150 — performance-held its own, not fast but it would beet a sunfire, brakes worked good and it would haul a trailer much bigger than it should have. and for an old truck it went though the corners alright build quality- i could not kill this truck...i tried appearance-tipical ford rust, showed up bad on white, was an ugly truck but it did what it needsed to cost of owner ship- it sucked back the fuel and needed next to no repaires i owned it 3 years and but tirees on it and beat the hell out of it. fun factor- it wasnt really fun to drive on the road but for a 2wd it was awsome off road

Pros: tough as hell

Cons: sucked back the fuel

Neat Old Truck — stock photo, mine was grey. A guy came up from Texas to buy it, and drove it back to Mexico to re-sell. It was cool.

Pros: With the 4.9L striaght 6, and the 5 speed, it hauled.

Cons: rough Ford ride, dual gas tanks each had their own fuel pump, and both quit.

Great Truck Before The Crash — It is a great truck until someone decided to use it to remove a concrete pole she didn't like. since then it has never been the same. It is like two completely different trucks. Amazing before, After a nightmare to deal with.

Pros: 4 wheel drive, rode better than many luxury cars, power

Cons: My sister practically totaled the truck. Afterwards it has never been the same. Problems here and there.
