1987 Honda Civic Overview
The 1987 Honda Civic was the end of the third generation. This year brought about only a minor modification and that was a change in the 4WD system of the Civic wagon.
The CRX version of the Civic has now been around long enough to create a new following - those who love drag racing and thus creating quite a nice market for third party modifications such as performance pulleys.
But for the rest of us whose days of racing may be over (or maybe even never explored), the "regular" Civics, who undergo their own mods in some cases, are still the same old reliable, dependable, easy to repair, easy on the wallet cars.
