Love — It is primer grey and it runs 110mph in a quarter mile with final drive ratio factory set at 2.73. The interior needs some work yet still the matenace is very cheap for I do it all myself, and it gets 24 mpg. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Muscle car Cons: none |

First Car 1987 — This was actually my first car, it had some cosmitic issues, but other than that it was a pretty decent car. it had the 305 v-8, 5 speed, and t-tops. it was all stock or oem replacement parts. i felt it had alright power for the miles, weight and engine size, although i hated the single track rearend!!!! i did however enjoy the handling, very tight, like on rails. i think it may have actually been alittle tighter than my 96, although it might have just seemed that way because i was going slower...overall a good car, loved the 5-speed and t-tops!! Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: 5-speed, t-tops Cons: single trac rearend |

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Brake stands like a dream and drifts great!! Cons: gas and tires are expensive |

Fun Fun Fun — its very fast around 300hp braking needs some help the appearance is very nice gas mileage sucks maintenance isnt too costly but over all this car is very fun to drive exp. in the summer time when its not raining take the t-tops out and just cruise! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: its fun to drive Cons: t-tops leak |

All Promises, No Delivery. Lovely Looks Though! — Cool eighties fun, lovely V8 grunt, at least when it was running as it should. Misserable quality, but cheap parts. Really nice removable hard top panels (T-tops). Poor milage, and quite sad performance, 165 hp from a big 5.0 liter V8! Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: V8 sound, great looks! T-tops! Cons: Power/ga mileage, quality, handling |

If You Want To Go Fast For Cheap, And Need That American Iron Sound, This Is It! — Jet performance chip, timing gears, bigger injectors, jegs exhaust, crane cams, and sticky Goodyears make my camaro the fastest and most fun car I've ever owned. It makes around 300 hp, 410 ft/lbs., so its a bit of a beast on vermont roads. Can put most local euro, sti and evo owners to shame at the stoplight, nevermind those honda and dsm guys. I do wish it wasn't such a beast in the corners in the twisties, and that it was a 1LE, but ya work with what you can. At the moment, the power has decided to lock the stock tranny in 1st, so its collecting dust. Might have to sell if it becomes too expensive to fix Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Best dollar per horsepower ratio, huge aftermarket, can be fixed with a hammer and parts off the shelf, and it makes you feel 10 years old Cons: Shoddy build quality in spots, weak transmission, can be a handfull in the corners, even with an iroc pack, and the whole mullet stigma that comes along with the car |
