    1986 BMW 3 Series 325e Review

Reliable, Quick, Fun, Easy To Work On, Good Upgrade Options, Cheap Insurance. — Clutch feel is excellent, not too smooth and not too harsh. you know exatly when it goes in. Steering feel is not too heavy, not too light. Car is very capable of performing and cheap upgrades can take it even further. i had ECU chip, K&N cone filter, stress bar, and 2.73:1 LSD. Fun to drive, decent gas mileage too. Mine had vinyl interior so it took abuse better than leather can. Looked and drove good at 300,000++ miles, right up until i swerved away from a dog and hit a ditch.

Pros: everything stated above, plus they are cheap to buy.

Cons: idle control valve/control unit caused car to not idle correctly without the use of a penny with a .25in hole drilled in the middle restricting flow into the valve.  idle would rise and fall by around 1000rpms on its own.  very annoying when trying to shift gears.

not a whole lot of tire choices for 14in wheels...

Love The E30 :d — INCREDIBLY RELIABLE!!! DEFINATLY if not the cheapest bmw one of the cheapest and VERY reliable. the ride is smooth. you can drive it across the usa and it will happily and steadily get you there without a hassle, did i mention it is reliable? the only problem is the specialty shops normally are kinda out of the way :( did i mention this car is reliable? :D

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: its a BMW

Cons: specialty shops are kind of a pain to get to

    1986 BMW 3 Series 325es Review

Taylor's 1986 Bmw E30 325es — There is alittle something holding back the engine but once I figure that out then this car will be all around amazing, the body is in great condition and I got 17in BBS rims on it now with the 1.5in drop shock and springs on it with stress bars front and back, performance wires, carbon fiber guage cluster, and alpine deck, soon to have two 12" subs with alpine amp. Also have stainless steel brake lines on it. and an Intake

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: beautiful car, great handling and great top end

Cons: has a stutter off the line and a wave going through 1st 2nd and 3rd gear, I belive it is the feul pump.
