Lownslow — Olds 307 H.O 140 hp 235 ftlbs lowered(chopped springs) 15" Cragar wire wheels low n slow I enjoy driving this car," no speeding or stunting tickets" the shocks are worn out in the front if u drop it in first and hop it u can usually get the front tires off the ground, its fun

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: low n slow (hoppin, without hydros or bags)

Cons: gas

Loved It! — This was a great car! It was a big cruiser, two door, glass packs and air shocks! Rallye wheels with stainless steel beauty rings and original Olds center caps. I took the stock steering wheel off and put a little foam covered 10 inch wheel on it. I had so much fun owning this car. My cruiser! Had he 307 cu in engine, 4V (Quadrajet) carb, A/C, all the Olds toys! A real boulevard cruiser. Well built, (Made it through a few years of demolition derby after I was done with it at 186,000 miles). Beautiful GM iron, both inside and out. It was inexpensive to own, fair mileage if you kept your foot out of the secondaries, maintenance is dirt cheap on these old iron heaps. Fun to drive? The only way it could have been better is if it were a convertible! It was a hoot to own and drive!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Big boulevard cruiser, dual exhaust, glass packs, trick wheel and steering wheel..

Cons: If you don't like big, fun cars!

First Car — Only problem i ever had with this car was the paint. it was in perfect working condition for the age that it was. looked great to cruise in, comfy as some of you know, and a nice big V8 that i just loved to hear.

Pros: The whole damn thing

Cons: the oxodized paint

Oldsmobile Power — I had this car for a while after my grandmother couldn't drive anymore. It was an amazing car in regards to power and even though it didnt have airbags or anything, I felt safer in it due to its solid construction. There was nothing plastic on this car...The car was super powerful and but with such a large V8, it was a gas guzzler.

Pros: Power

Cons: Fuel Consumption

Want To Keep Yourself From Getting A Speeding Ticket? Buy This Car. — Performance is an abysmal 145hp, horrible considering it's a 5 Liter V8. You would think that the car would be fast considering it gets a craptastic 13 miles to the gallon. The quality is so so. I have owned cars with more than twice the mileage (this car has 101,000 miles on it) that are in better shape. Rust is a major problem with these types of cars. I do like the fact that it's a coupe, the interior is plush (it's like driving a freakin' living room), and it has a big trunk. It looks like an enlarged Cutlass coupe, which is cool, but I've got a four cylinder with more horsepower. This car represents where American cars were in the late 70's / early 80's; marginal build quality, rusty, large motors with no cojones, and crappy gas mileage. The steering is as responsive as a coma patient.

Pros: Big trunk for all of your junk.  Decent looking body for the time.

Cons: Slow as molasses, steers like it's in molasses, gas mileage comparable to a Hummer.
