She's Big And Old And Reminds You Of That Every Time You Fire It Up. — Why spend 70,000 on a new Truck when I can build one for a fraction of that? A conversion to a 4x4 Cummins machine is down the pipe. The 'Million Mile' diesel came out in the Dodges a few years later so It's a bolt in deal. Big block power and small block mileage. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)
Pros:
LOTS of interior and Cargo space.
Cons:
2x4, bad news on winter roads ![]() Looking for a Used RAM in your area?CarGurus has thousands of nationwide listings and the tools to find you a great deal. |

Great Old Work Truck. — The power in this truck is on the weaker side, but that's were the fuel mileage comes into play. It gets on average around 20 mpg. Not to bad for an old pickup. Its not the prettiest but it'll get the job done. Looking to model it after the red dodge in the television show Smallville. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) Pros: Good work truck. She's old but runs like new. Cons: I wish it had more power. It seems lacking. |

Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: kinda fast, good first truck, Cons: horrible on gas, hard to find parts, |

It Gets Me Places — i only got the 225, but even that is enough to have some fun with it. secretly tho i hope the engine will blow so i can swap it with a 318 haha. unfortunately however, these 225s just dont die. you cant kill them. its basically the toughest engine known to man. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: made in america Cons: its a dodge |

The Gas Milage Is Seriously Lacking So Think Long And Hard Before You Invest In This First Gen Class By Justin

It is technically an antique. It runs well, it gets to hot sometimes and you will have to pull over and wait for it to cool down, but overall its a good truck and will get you where you need to go. Read More
