1981 Ford Falcon Review
Greatest Argentinean Muscle Ever — It's an awesome car any way you look at it: Performance - Beautiful 188" inline 6 with enough power to move the solid mass of metal, and with just a little tweaks like a new high lobe camshaft and a bigger carburetor and larger intake manifold, it's quite a fun engine... also, for a 1981 engine, to be able to hit 7000 RPM without breaking it is something =D Build Quality - Awesome... simply awesome... almost no squeaks and rattles, and only repairs needed where some patches for the usual 27 year old car rust issue... Just what you'd expect from a Ford Muscle car XD Appearance - It's like a big box of matches... Simply gorgeous, with it's shaped tail and everything... Interior has two beautiful long seats which make it very comfortable, except when you grab a closed turn, since you start sliding down the seat if you're not buckled up =P Cost of Ownership - The most expensive thing on this car would be the fuel... Since it is a 188 cubic inch engine (not too much though, compared to the 351" mustangs =P)... Spare parts are cheap, and since it's a Ford, you never need any spare parts... Fun Factor - Extremely fun to drive... There are just no words to describe the joy of driving an old car that has that much response... it's gorgeous Everyone in the entire world should own a Falcon
Pros: Cheap Parts, Beauty of a Muscle Car, Fun to Drive, Carries lots of people...
Cons: Big Engine for today's fuel costs, outdated safety, no AC
