A Unique Car, I Loved It And Would Buy Another If I Had A Bigger Garage. — I paid $400 for this car when I was 20. It had no rust and ran great. It was like a little Ferrari with an even smaller engine. It sounded fast, but it wasnt. 4 wheel dic brakes were pretty high performance back then and they worked great considering you never really had to stop from high speeds. It was a little 4 speed with a removeable targa top. It was a blast to drive on a nice day!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Cheap Fun!

Cons: If you have a need for speed, this isnt for you.

Buy An X-1/9 If You Want A Slow Piece Of Junk — It's an interesting little car, but with less than 100 hp, performance is severely lacking. This car never went on a drive without breaking, and it was hard to find parts. The car was, however, fun around the corners; it was kind of like a Miata, except not as fast, not as good looking, and a general piece of junk.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It's Italian

Cons: It's Italian

Bertone X-1/9 By Justin
