Nice Truck. — Loved everything about this truck except for the fuel economy untill I crashed it. The previous owner won some awards at some shows with it. This unit was an attention getter. I had planned on restoring it but the front clips are hard to find. There is more and more aftermarket support for these old dodges every year. There is hope for the future.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: W-100 Power wagon trim. The previous owners swaped out the 318 for a '78 360 interceptor (police car engine - heads are similar to the LRE motor).

Cons: 7 mpg average with 31" tall tires.  Center diff.

Love It For Recreational Use — Love everything about this truck except the gas mileage. Its a one of a kind vehicle. It used to be a military vehicle. recently put a new rebuilt 360 in it. It has a 6 in supension lift sittin on 35" mud tires.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Wont get stuck anywhere!!!

Cons: Gas mileage sucks

My Truck — its a 1977 d-series truck. its got a big block 400 moper engine its old with no rust. soon to be a vintage truck.its loud with a slightly open exhaust system. it will light the tires no problem. the worst tho. 7 miles to the gallon highway.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: the year

Cons: gas mileage

1977 Dodge Warlock 2wd — My dad and I bought this 1977 Dodge D-100 Warlock on March 18/07. It had been sitting in a farmer's barn for the last 11 years, and it will be restored to original condition. It is powered by a 360ci and is 2wd. The Warlocks were produced from 76-79, and although they were not as well known as the Lil' Red, they were almost mystical, and this made their presence quite rare. This Warlock is what my 1992 Dakota is based upon.

Pros: Not many around. My 92 Dakota is based upon this truck.

Cons: Needs some work.
