40 Year Old C-10 Chevrolet Still Running Like New! — The truck's stock engine isn't too great but theres enough room for a 450. The rear end fishtails a lil bit over dirt roads, but thats to be expected with the rear wheel drive and extended bed. The original paint is still perfect after 41 years! 0-62 is anywhere from 8-12 secconds depending on the engagement of the 4 barrel carbs... This truck can also be VERY QUIET!

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: The most durable vehicle ever!

    Cons: nothing...

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: it is a very good looking truck.

Cons: nothing sucks about this car.

Must Have In Your Garage, And Your Weekly Errands — short bed step side 3 gears and 350 cubic Inches, power to get you where ever you want to go, and the ability to carry anything you need. It is back to basics on what a Truck needs, wheels seats and a beefy engine.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: It scares small children, and small cars

Cons: It goes through gas like a cougar through a Frat house.

Big Truck Love, — Well. I drive a 70 C-10. Needs some work. But the motor is solid. Runs a 383 stroker combo'd with a Turbo 350 3 speed. Pushing 410 Horse with 470 Ft Pounds of torque. Moderate engine mods. Mostly bolt-on other than the machine work. Its a grandpa truck on steroids pretty much.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Has anostalic feel and comfort.

    Cons: Gas mileage.

My Old Chevy — Ugly American steel that roars under the hood and falls apart on the outside. Pure Springtucky. It doesn't get any better than this. It's not jacked up like our kids. It's low to the ground like haulin wood or hay.

    Pros: What you can't see

    Cons: What you can

Best Pickup Ever! — I LOVE THE 383 STROKER ENGINE, 5 SECOND 0-60, Rockin sound system with 2 6 inch subs. Amazing quality Inside and Out. This car is amazing fun for the quarter mile. The color is off a 2009 corvette so it looks freakin slick. If oyu can find a better truck like this BUY IT!

    Pros: everything

    Cons: nothing

Looks Like Crap, Runs So Sweet — The Godfather beast owns the road, even if it is a little rough on the eyes. But I'm working on that. Some fool small-time car dealer tried some quick fixes that didn't work out too well so it will probably take a while. BTW, its a hybrid too!!! (Attention Al Gore!!) It burns gas AND rubber. Bottom line: It's keepin the roads hot which is what matters.

Pros: Engine, drivetrain, smooth ride, scary aceleration.

Cons: Freaky looking body, tiny problems

Basically The Best Vehicle I've Ever Owned And I Love It To Death. — It was originally bought by my great grandfather brand new in 1970, my dad bought it from him in 1983 when he passes away and my father has givin it to me as my first vehicle to own and to have as a project truck it has a re-built 350 with a 650 cfm Edelbrock Performer carb, Edelbrock Performer Intake, Edelbrock Performer-Plus Cam, power steering, headers, True-dual Flowmaster, K&N air filter, Hurst 3 on the floor, 373 gears, getting ready to completely go through and get a new front suspension with 3" drop coils on the front and 4" drop on the rear. Basically it's a work in prog needs some body work but the truck is everything to me. and oh yea the truck pictured isn't mine.

    Pros: It's a Chevy!

    Cons: all around drum brakes

Fun — It's an old truck used for doing old truck things. Taking dirt roads, hauling things in the bed, pulling trailers, and it had the original 350 so no smog emissions hp decrease. Any old car needs maintnace and sucks gas like no tomorrow. Chevy built a good truck in 1970.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: old school

    Cons: gas
