Very Nice And Good Looking — It's a red convertible. Almost all original. One thing i don't like is that it doesn't have power steering. This car is a nice show room car, not the greatest for everyday driving. But if your driving in like a cruise this car is one to get!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: It's good looking.

Cons: No power steering.

Wouldn't Let It Go For Any Price. — 2/2012 Just put my optional drive train in it for a while. 396 / Saginaw 4 sp. crashbox. OH what joy. Pure good looks. Love to watch the NOx'ers drool. The bucket (w/o headrests) seats are very comfortable to me, but then I'm only 5'8"/150 lbs. Driver side floorboard irritating to passenger as part of it was driven 1 1/2" into the foot area years ago to get Dougman headers on it. Stability and stance are great, partially because the rear tires are mounted on "deep dish" station wagon rims (w/original hub caps) and the front is on early 70's chevy smoke grey 5 spoke mags. I bought this used in 1970 and it has been and is a real joy to have. It's still a driver and will stay so. I'm retired, so I really get to enjoy it now.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Ride is good, handling is excellent, power moderate with original equipment. Looks are far above anything else

Cons: Rear seat is not really comfortable. Have to be careful about certain replacement parts as the first Camaros used parts from other Chev vehicles

Great Car — Performance - The engine is a 454 from a pickup with long tube headers and Edelbrock carburetor. Build Quality - Some of the trim pieces have come off inside and outside. Appearance - The driver side door is a little warped and there is some surface rust under the car. Cost of Ownership - We are going to have to put a lot of money into this car before it is road worthy. Fun Factor - The transmission is set for drag racing so it is pretty fun but it does not have enough power to get it to go fast enough.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: You can never go wrong with a old muscle car

Cons: Expensive

1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS Review
GuruXXLN7 says:
Excellent Muscle Car. The 3rd one for me after 1964 LeMans and 1965 Impala SS. It is so hard to rank the vehicles I have owned between many Camaro SS, Camaro LTs, Impala SS, GTO, Pontiac CustomS, Firebirds and TransAm Convertible and 1972 Buick Skylark. All were fast and never lost to any ford since 1960s.

Power Ranked 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS Coupe RWD worse.
"A smaller and lighter car in weight."
Looks/Style Ranked 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS Coupe RWD worse.
"I dont necessarily think it looks better but is a totally different and smaller car."
Cargo Capacity Ranked 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS Coupe RWD better.
"Hatchback provides more room in my opinion."
Family Car Ranked 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS Coupe RWD better.
"A/C, CC, Steering wheel controls for Pioneer Factory Stereo, CD Player an MP3 compared to 8-track player of 1967."
Value Ranked 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS Coupe RWD worse.
"The age and rarity of 1967 Camaro SS. Is worth many times more today than its original cost. 2000 Camaro SS is yet to be seen. Both awesome cars. A/C, CC and CD of 2000 compared to 1967 no A/C and 8 track players of early 70s. 2000 may prove to be a better value down the road."
Would Buy Ranked 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS Coupe RWD worse.
"It is still a toss up with Me. I like both but they are two completely different cars of very different times in American Muscle Car history. 1967 SS are rare now among SS clones people try to make. Plenty of 2000 SS around at this time."
