My Galaxie — This car is a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 Conv. Its red with a white ragtop. It has a 351W (not sure of the year). The car is a work in progress, but in no way a basket case. Hoping to replace the motor with a 390 in the near future.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: great car

Cons: Everyone wants to touch it lol

One Fun Galaxie — For style, performance, and looks it's hard to beat the 1964 Ford Galaxie. It's a head turner, has that Big Block performance and sound, and some of the modern conveniences such as air conditioning and power steering. They don't make them like they used to!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Style, looks, and power.

Cons: Gas hog not the greatest handling.

Good Cruiser And Show Car — it was fun cool ride. it was a cruiser car slow and let it shine....although it was the size of a boat and felt like a fish bowl but still fun to drive a lot of people stared at it and thought it was a 64 chevy impala. had a great back ground too. it was 1 of 3 cars stamped in 1964 with the same VIN numbers.if

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: cruiser, show car

Cons: no radio

Everyone Loves Their First Car. — This car was very fun to drive. It had a 289 V8 Engine. It was my first car and I still miss it. I had to give it up when there was a leak behind the rear main seal. (sigh)

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The long window was awesome

Cons: Gas gauge didn't work!

My Galaxie — First off, thats not mine in the picture. I didnt have a pic, so I used one off google. It is that color though. It is an awesome old car. It has a 390 V8 with a Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed. Its a big, loud, old car. I wouldn't really say it is fast, but it has a lot of power and is a blast to drive.

Pros: You cant go wrong with a classic

Cons: It needs a new radiator to be more road worthy.

A Pink Blur... — This was and is my first car. A bit of a boat, but its a speed boat at that! Sporting a 390 FE with Edelbrock intake and carb, 427 cobrajet heads feeding 2.5" dual exhaust with 40 series flowmasters. It has a top-loader 4-speed tranny, but has an open differential. With all that in mind, it will throw you back in your seat on takeoff, and will make the hair stand up on your arms when you hear it screaming down highway! Obviously with it being 44 years old there are sure to be some improvements needed, but overall it is a blast to drive!

Pros: A blast to drive, fast, easy to work on, decent handling for a 44 year old car, coated in a
factory special ordered custom color.

Cons: Will now take your paycheck to fill up (which will get you to the end of the block! haha)

Love The Style And The Motor. — This is my favorite car I've never driven. Mine remains a state of partial overhaul.

Pros: Extremely torquey motor and great body lines and interior.

Cons: Rear bumpers always rust out.
