Looking To Possibly Tow A 3,000# Bass Boat. Any Problems?

I am trying to find a vehicle with reasonable gas mileage that can still pull a 3,000# bass boat. 90% of all towing would be on almost level roadways. Will the 6 cylinder RAV4 handle this????
