I am confused about the chain/belt terminology. I do regular maintenance and don't want to have major damage done to the engine if the chain/belt needs to be serviced !!

we just replaced the spark plugs and fuel pump the car still wont start it turns over but won't start up. Could it be the Timing Belt? Need Help bad
