Don't have any more details other than what is in my question
Friend out west. She checked tranny fluid with van shut off. She said it looked low and added over 1/2 qt. Started driving, shifting funny. Told her tranny isn't like oil. 1/2 qt is a lot if you are...
Would not give any codes disconnected battery engine light staying on..smells a bit lean or rich EGR or oxegen sensor..
I have checked all the fuses except the glass fuses
front right head lamp &side marker light pulled off in car accident but .no shorts when repair done months ago noticed hazard &turns stoped working replced flasher still no work then dome light melt...
Speedometer is bouncing as I am driving so I don't know how fast I'm going.
I am trying to figure out if my 1989 Ford E-150 Van has a dual or single alternator. Can someone tell me if there is a specific way to check? Thank you in advance.
Possibly it is a oil pressure switch?
